After few minutes I could hear her laughing in the room, I felt so much better. Since she only has a house and savings he found a way to get everything we needed for the Estate including Durable Health Care POA etc for under the lowest price quoted anywhere (under $1,000). There was a little delay but so worth it, such quality work and delivered to my office in a nice Binder. He is nice, trustworthy, affordable, and does quality work.

November of 2020, I called and left a message with the attorney's secretary to make an appointment…read morefor a consultation and never received a call back. I called back in January of 2021 and left another message with the same secretary to ask for an appointment and again I never heard back. In March of 2021, I left a written message on their website asking to schedule an appointment that was never replied to. A week later I called the office again and told the receptionist that I had had no luck leaving messages with the attorney's secretary and asked if there was anyone else that I could speak to about scheduling an appointment. The Office Manager handled my call and told me that someone would call me back by the end of the day. There was no call back that day but the next day I was called by the attorney and we arranged an in-person meeting for 3:30 on April 12, 2021. At 3:15 on April 12th I showed up at the building and called the receptionist to get admitted to the building. My call was sent to the attorney's secretary's phone and I left a message asking to be admitted. After 5 minutes I called the receptionist again and was put on hold for 10 minutes while she tried to get the secretary on the line but she was unsuccessful and asked me if she could just have them call me back. I finally gave up and left the office. Approximately 10 minutes later, the attorney called me apologizing for the mix up and offered to meet me at any location, at any time but I declined as I had lost confidence in their organizational ability. A half an hour later I received a call from the attorney's secretary asking if I had been contacted by the attorney yet and apologizing for the mix up. They may be good attorneys but I have no confidence in their administrative abilities and don't feel that I could trust them to meet schedules or deadlines.

Electronic signatures are increasingly common and legal for many types of documents, and their lack of use leads to unnecessary delays. The reliance on USPS exclusively can and does introduce delays, especially when documents need to be delivered to other states and countries. Claiming a year is a standard to settle a trust, while it's true that trust administration can take time, claiming a year is a broad statement that may or may not be accurate depending on the specifics of the trust and estate. Do your due dilengence before using this firm as they are antiquated.

We later learned that the attorney handling our matter was preparing to leave the firm, and no one had contacted us about the status of our case. Once again we had to ask . It was very concerning experience because we didn't know what would have happened to our file if we hadn't reached out ourselves. We were left feeling uncertain about the status of our documents and our money after waiting so long. The process took much longer than expected and we are barely getting it officiated today. So it's been over a year.... Communication was disappointing. I hope the firm improves its communication and follow-up so future clients don't have the same experience.
