Everything was very smooth and the logistics & price were very good for the quality & convenience of service. A crew of 3 loaded the truck, & with our house having 3 levels I was glad the movers were young and strong guys. On the receiving end they had 2 movers to unload, but it was much easier in Florida with a 1 level home. All in all they were professional & efficient. We drive all the way out to the site, recheck the amount we were quoted, and in the middle of signing the contract they reneged on the price and increased the amount by about $50! No thanks! Terrible business UPDATE: After contacting the District Manager, this location did honor the originally quoted price and apologized. Turns out I am not able to keep my vehicle in storage due to the fact that it is not fully running at the moment but Joshua showed me units anyways to compare sizing visually and showing me the lay out of the facility. Todd went ahead and wrote down all of the info on the cost and additional info I would need to have when I get the vehicle running. Their attitude towards me was very welcoming and really showing me of how much they would appreciate my business there and that's something I really don't see every day. Once I get my Chevy running again I will definitely store it there to keep it safe.

From the start, everything was handled the way it should be. The process was smooth, communication was clear, and I was able to get everything set up without wasting time or jumping through hoops. No confusion, no runaround, just straightforward service. Customer service here is on a completely different level. I was treated with respect, not talked over, and every question I had was answered professionally. That alone made a huge difference compared to what I dealt with elsewhere. This is a very secure process and prevented the need for me to personally be on-site when the UPS truck would arrive. The facility is slightly older but clean and well maintained. No issues with water or pests in the 5+ years I maintained a unit at this location. Good value for the unit size, too.
