I say this, because I was also looking on Facebook marketplace for a used golf cart. When I contacted the person selling it on Facebook, they said that it was actually located at Boswells golf cart store. I was skeptical about this information, so I looked at the Boswell website and at the top it says that they do not conduct business on Facebook at all. I called Boswell and they confirmed that they do not do business on Facebook and that there are scammers out there trying to obtain up front payments (similar situation that the previous reviewer describes). Beware of the Facebook scammers, but do your homework before you make payments to a stranger. In my opinion, this negative Facebook experience should not be a reflection on Boswell, however.

He is very knowledgeable and also talked with me over the phone before we scheduled the appointment, answering my questions. I am so excited to have my golf cart running again - it's sentimental to me and I was hoping he could fix it. We will call him for any future golf cart issues and highly recommend his services. Reasonably priced, and has everything he needed on his truck to fix it on the spot.
