I say this, because I was also looking on Facebook marketplace for a used golf cart. When I contacted the person selling it on Facebook, they said that it was actually located at Boswells golf cart store. I was skeptical about this information, so I looked at the Boswell website and at the top it says that they do not conduct business on Facebook at all. I called Boswell and they confirmed that they do not do business on Facebook and that there are scammers out there trying to obtain up front payments (similar situation that the previous reviewer describes). Beware of the Facebook scammers, but do your homework before you make payments to a stranger. In my opinion, this negative Facebook experience should not be a reflection on Boswell, however.

Although they claimed they "service what they sell" that was NOT our experience. Their customer service department was rude and unprofessional. A significant part broke (a belt) during the first 11 hours of use! When we contacted the company, we were passed around to several different employees, with NO solution to the problem. When they say they "service what they sell" they are lying. If your goal to purchase a quality product from a company that cares about their customers, look elsewhere, you will be disappointed if you attempt to use the Harris Trading Company.
