The understanding was clear: the devices were for customer trials, we would receive feedback, and if there was no response from the market, we could retrieve our devices. Months later, we received no feedback whatsoever, and the store refused to return the devices. We were told that devices left in the store are "assumed to be non-returnable," which was never communicated at the beginning. We called the store at least ten times and were repeatedly told we would hear back "soon." We also visited the store three times in person. A staff member named Sean gave inconsistent and unclear answers every time. Depending on the visit or call, he claimed the devices were in the store, in a New Hampshire warehouse, or already with customers. When we asked to get the devices back, there was always a new excuse. When we asked about customer feedback, there was no real information at all. We are no longer concerned about recovering the devices themselves. What is far more troubling is the lack of honesty and basic business ethics. If this is how the shop handles partnerships, it is hard to trust any product recommendations made to customers. Posting this so other brands and customers are aware and can proceed with caution.
