James helped us with the graphic for our photo strip and was the attendant the day of. They are very responsive via email as I emailed multiple times. Turn around time was less than an hour. FPP was able to work within our budget. The quality of the service and the pictures were top notch and not compromised. James arrived 30 mins before the party started and got everything up and running. They had their own props for us to use and we even made our own by printing pictures and putting them on wooden dowels. Tip: some print outs may not show up well on camera. Try taking your own pictures with flash to make sure they show up in the photo booth. And you should definitely make your own so it's more personalized! We made big faces of my neice. It was so cute!! Their equipment are actually pretty small and compact, so you don't even need a lot of space for their photo booth. We put it in our foyer and it was perfect. We also have access to our pictures online so we can download them and print them on our own. I love that before James left, he gave us a USB loaded with all of the pictures on it. He was also very accommodating when people wanted to get one final picture in even though we ran over our time booked. The photo booth was a huge hit and everyone loved it! He suggested adjustments to our timeline based upon crowd participation, guest requests, and the general mood of the reception.
