Our college prom was this past weekend, and I wanted to write a review to let you know how incredible this company is. To start, reservations and booking was super simple. They make the process painless, as everything is done online - something more companies should be doing. Karen was friendly and helpful and was able to create a custom package for my event that saved us the most money. The contract was sent online and we were able to pay via credit card online. When it came to design choices, Karen was helpful but also extremely flexible. Min, the graphic designer of the bunch, is incredibly talented. After sending our very simple logo and theme ideas, he created a custom design that was flawless. At the event, the photo booth was hit. The line NEVER stopped, and they even had to speed up the machine to accommodate the number of students that wanted pictures. The set up is so much smarter than the traditional photo booth. Being open air created so much more space and flexibility. The props they bring are perfect and fun, and some students even opted not to use them because the quality of pictures was so good. Min manned the camera station and Karen monitored the printer, handing out prints all night. We also had two social media kiosks, where students could upload their pictures immediately. The email function wasn't working very well but Facebook and Twitter were simple and easy. Besides the fact that students were able to access their pictures online within hours of the party. Students have not stopped talking about how much they loved the photo booth, and it's so exciting to see Facebook covered in photos they took that night. We laughed, we cried and we got to capture our entire wedding party and guests in amazing candid photos provided by this outstanding photo booth company. We got so many compliments on what a great break from dancing the Insta Photo Booth was. It was so nice to see peoples silly and wild side come out and it kept the fun party atmosphere at our wedding stay really high! Our friends loved that it wasn't your typical small booth you see at most weddings and really enjoyed all the props and being able to fit multiple people in one photo! We used Insta Photo Booth for our wedding on 5/24/2014 and couldn't be more pleased. We found this company at our 5th college reunion almost a year prior and after two amazing experiences, I would give 10 stars if that was an option. 1) Price leading or at bare minimum competitive. Don't bother shopping around, this is amazing price, take it while you can. 2) Amazing service. My emails and phone calls were responded to within minutes or hours (not days or weeks) with friendly kind words and helpful commentary. 3) Creative props and layout. This is the best type of booth because it both lets the photographed subjects spread out and get better pictures but also lets people watch them get photographed, and therefore get excited about taking more themselves. 4) Quality product. Insta Photo Booth was an absolute hit at our 5th year college reunion party. We had two photobooths in total. The first one was in the style of a step and repeat with a custom backdrop and a red carpet. The second one was more casual and came with tons of props. The picture quality is outstanding. The photostrip printouts Minh helped us design came out amazing - we had one photobooth with 4x6 postcards and one photobooth with traditional smaller photostrips. Guests were able to use the social media kiosk to immediately post photos online or email to themselves. The photobooth space is open and large enough to fit 5 people side by side comfortably, and can fit in around 10 people creatively. I did a lot of research before choosing Insta Photobooth, and I am so happy I did. Fantastic and so freaking fun! InstaPhotobooth provided the photobooth for our wedding on 9/14/12. Minh was super responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Very accommodating and thorough. He and Karen were personable, friendly, and just the right amount of silly. Our guests raved about the photobooth, the props, and Minh/Karen. We got a great deal and it was definitely worth it. In terms of the question of posting the photobooth pics online, we and our guests were pumped to be able to access high quality electronic copies of the photobooth pics so soon after the event. Minh literally put them up the next day! We were asked to sign a waiver that allows Instaphotobooth to post and use the pics from our event. It captured the spirit of the night and everyone from the kids to the teachers had a blast with the props. We loved using InstaPhotobooth at our daughter's going away party! Words cannot even describe Insta Photo Booth! I hired them for my wedding thinking that it would be a cute little extra. It ended up being the biggest hit of the night! First off, it's more like a red carpet than I photo booth- awesome right?! They have TONS of props, room for 1 person or 10, and the pictures print out in awesome high def quality. We used Insta Photo Booth for our wedding in Northampton, MA on 6/21/14. I met Minh at a bridal show last summer and had a great time! We loved the open setup and the quality of the photos. I actually ended up winning a 50% off drawing at the expo, so there was no question that we would hire them (although their regular rates are some of the most reasonable I've seen). Our guests had fabulous time in the photo booth and my new husband and I loved looking through the gallery online the day after the wedding. I just hired Insta Photo Booth for my wedding this past weekend and I cannot say enough about them! It was absolutely a highlight of the evening and I haven't stopped looking at all the great photos. Great experience. They helped us put together a SXSW event for a major CPG brand on short notice. We went in without all the logistical information as it was a last minute project, so it was a "figure it out as we go" situation and extra challenging considering we were in NYC and had no idea what the space looked like. Insta Photo Booth was responsive 100% of the time and on-site kept the energy up, which helped my colleagues out a lot during the long days and nights. As the Class of 2015 prom coordinator I found Insta Photo booth very easy to work with and very accomodating. They understood all of our issues with respect to an open photo booth for the protection of our female students as well as privacy issues with repsect to certain student situations. Attended my cousins wedding last month in Boston and she hired this photo booth company for their reception. Customer Service: 5 Stars - the guy & girl who ran the booth were very nice - even though there were some very rude drunk people in line. The guests kept taking their props to the dance floor! Insta Photo Booth was at our wedding on October 18, 2013 in Portsmouth, NH. Our guests loved the open style of the booth and had a lot of fun with the props provided.
