Horrifying! DO NOT EAT HERE! July 22, 2025 My husband and I each ordered an individual-sized pizza for lunch. A table just across from us did the same. The other table received their pizzas first (no problem, of course). I saw that one lady received the same type of pizza as I had ordered. The lady ate a few toppings with her fork and picked off a few toppings for her table companion. After close scrutiny, she realized it wasn't the type of pizza she had ordered and sent it back. The restaurant manager picked it up. In the meantime, my husband received his pizza but mine hadn't arrived. The restaurant manager went into the kitchen with the 'wrong' pizza, turned around with it and served it to me. The waitress came over and I asked her to check if it was the same pizza the other lady had returned. Sure enough, as she confirmed with the kitchen. The pizza the other lady had been eating from with her fork was set in front of me by the restaurant manager. A fresh pizza was quickly cooked and given to me. The restaurant manager apologized for the 'oversight'. I told him that was no oversight, but a deliberate attempt to serve me someone else's food that they had eaten from. Disgusting and against all food safety standards! The poor waitress was mortified and was very sweet. For our trouble, he removed my pizza from the bill. And nothing else. IMO, the whole bill should have been waived. If I hadn't seen the other lady with the pizza, I would never have known. This should never, ever happen. I will be reporting to Boston Pizza and to BC Health Food Inspectors. The waitress was awesome. read more

Living in Vancouver I'm a bit of a restaurant snob and wouldn't even consider eating at a BP when there are so many wonderful places to eat; however, venturing into small towns to eat, particularly when you have to eat GF can be a real challenge. This is where reliable chain type restaurants can really come in handy. I can always count on this restaurant when I'm in Salmon Arm. I can get a huge salad or GF pasta or GF pizza. The wine is ok and my daughter loves the desserts. It continues to be my go-to dinner out restaurant in Salmon Arm. read more

Had terrible service here tonight. Took my glass for a refill and never brought me one back. Walked by us numerous times without asking how things are. Don't come here unless you want to get bad service. Never had napkins brought to us had to go use restroom to clean hands. Took our family here on the way through Salmon arm. Great place to come for burnt black chicken and burnt black tacos. Manager couldn't even be bothered to come to our table to see the horrible meal. To top it off we ordered fries with one of our meals and when they didn't come the waitress's response was oh well you home to Hummed and Hawed so I didn't bring the fries. Brutal service. read more

Two of us shared a pizza (on special, get a large for the price of a medium), appreciated that you could order it on whole wheat, Pizza was brought out fairly quickly and was very good. Our waitress seemed to be new and unsure of what she was doing but did an ok job. In looking around the restaurant there were lots of staff on and every customer was served quickly. There aren't a bunch of family restaurants in Salmon Arm so Boston Pizza seems to be the restaurant of choice for kids birthday parties and whatnot for our family! They have the space for bigger parties of people which is good too! Their prices are decent, and the staff is always kind and helpful. The menu selection is that of any BP being a franchise but they seem consistent in preparing the foods! So you always know you're going to get what you're paying for! We probably eat here once every two or three months for special occasions and have never had any issues with sending food back, or the staff! read more
