The best way I could describe this place is as uncomfortable. It's not terrible; it's not awesome; it's just uncomfortable. The service is great. The seats are awkward to sit on. I ordered a ten-inch pizza, and when it arrived, it was barely cut. The crust was really hard, and all of the cheese came off in one bite, although both of those issues went away when the pizza cooled. Overall, a meh 3/5 read more

Highly disappointed with Boston Pizza Ordered BBQ Chicken nachos Half the order was plain and very little on the other half. Tasted bland Asked where the BBQ sauce, waitress said that there was none and it was the chicken that was BBQED tasted the chicken separately and there was no taste of BBQ and no taste of chicken. She said she could bring me BBQ sauce if I wanted I said OK and then when the bill came the sauce was an added cost. Overall would rate no Stars but had to give 1. Will not return. This place has gone downhill and I would blame it on the management. Stay away go to another Pizza place where they make it right for the customer read more

Admittedly, I've never been a big fan of Boston Pizza, but I have to give credit where credit is due. Traveling from NS to Ont for March Break. Stopped in Moncton for the night. Took my wife and four kids out to grab a bite to eat. It's always a challenge as my wife and daughter are both Celiac. We heard a while back that Boston Pizza had a gluten free menu but never got to try it out. We have it a shot and we were not displeased at all! My wife had the pizza and my daughter had the pasta with Alfredo sauce and chicken. The pizza was a little small for the price but still a great option. My daughter loved the pasta. Both taste and portion size on point. My eldest son and I shared nachos and wings. What could be better? Round out my two youngest picked from the kids menu and were as happy as could be. A perfect place to catch the big game - we've been here a few times for various events (UFC fights, hockey games), and Boston Pizza always delivers. They have a good number of big screens to catch the action, ice cold beer, awesome waiters/waitresses, and delicious food. If I had to break up the review into 2 sections, it would be 4.5 as a sports bar, 3.5 for a pure Italian restaurant. The food is good, but not amazing. I really liked the Rustic pizza and the Boston lasagna - stick to the classics here. Location is near some shopping centers, so it makes for a great place to grab dinner after a day at the mall. read more

I'm comparing this to other Boston Pizza franchises. We came during our trip because the sushi place we wanted to go to was on vacation. It was pasta Tuesday, so we came here. There were some issues with sanitation. We had at least two cups go back (one for lipstick, one for tea leaves in hot water pot), and my fork had visible food stains on it. Service was also incredibly slow given how many waitresses were around and how few tables were occupied. The pasta was fine. My favorite of the night was the jambalaya. I'm not a fan of tomato sauce most of the time, but the sausage in this pasta made it so much better. read more

The mini pork sliders were excellent and had an onion ring on it which really went with the pork on a nice bun. I also really enjoyed the chicken linguine which came with mushrooms and other veggies served under a white sauce. Nothing extraordinary, just ordinary. Very slow and seemingly disorganized in the kitchen. It appears as there is a breakdown in communication between the kitchen and the servers. The food isn't bad although typical chain food. I like BP pizza and some appetizers but sadly this particular restaurant needs to provide smoother and more responsive service. They are equally lacking in both dining-in and take-out service. The manager told me they are trying to turn things around and seems to be genuine. I will wait to hear that this is the case before I return. There are too many other similar spots in the area to bother with their long waits again. read more

Great place to take the kids but enough selection for adults too. Excellent service and some great specials. Food is consistently good seperare bar area . Can be a bit noisy well its great for kids They seem to do birthday parties as we saw a lot of little princess s dressed to the nines complete with tiaras not sure if these came with the meal or not. As someone who has worked here prior, that has been a customer, and who has had various dealings with management, this Boston Pizza location does not meet the standards that I would personally set for my business. I have seen management be negligent, fail to lead, and have seen them unable to retain employees, either firing them routinely prior to the ending of an employee's grace period or having employees leave. I have seen one employee in particular slice his hand open by accident, be refused medical attention or leave, and then being forced to continue to work at his station at the dishwasher, washing dishes. There are countless similar stories. If you are an employee, know your rights. If you are a customer, know that there are some amazing staff working here. They just happen to be mixed in with some really bad apples. I am embarrassed that this is what Moncton has been given and am embarrassed at the turn-over rate due to management being unable to effectively manage. It's why myself and so many others have left. read more
