I found this place as a recommendation for people on the keto diet as they do a lettuce bun option. My first trip there was as expected however 2 subsequent trips to dine in and my recent take out order have all been absolutely awful. While I understand this type of establishment generates revenue from its groups of customers who are drinking it is no excuse to neglect other customers, however treating them like they don't even exist. Today's take out order was it for me. I called to order and was rudely told I can only order on the website. I should have trusted my gut and just gone somewhere else. So I place the order on their site. I put in the instructions I want the lettuce bun option because it is the only option they don't have a check box for. I place my order and show up at the pickup time. I go in and the hostess takes my info like she is going to be useful and get my order. Oh boy was I in for a shock. She then rather matter of factory tells me to go out to my car and call in to the restaurant to pick up my order. I get that covid 19 has changed how places do business but the restaurant was almost empty, they could have easily given me my order, nowhere on the website, in the email confirmation or the phone call I made where they told me to order online did it mention calling from the parking lot to get your order, and being rude about it just further aggravated the situation. So I go outside and I call in to the store. The supervisor answers. I began to explain how ludicrous this entire transaction has been up to this point and he starts speaking over me trying to blame it on covid 19 and how ordering online is their policy. So I give him the courtesy of finishing before I continue. I explain the hostess could have said "we will send the order right out" instead of telling me to call. He admits I am right. I thought maybe some redemption. While I am tap along to him my order shows up. It's wrong. It's not on the lettuce bun, it's on the brioche bun. He immediately starts talking over me again. I didn't even finish telling him my order was wrong and he was jumping down my throat. I try to get a corporate # to complain. He stonewalls me. He says the owner will call me. Not very likely. So in the end I had to wait an extra 15 minutes while they remade my order because they force you to order online and they are too lazy to read the notes. Avoid this place. They don't deserve your money. *edit* The owner operator replied to the email I sent to their corporate website. He was nice enough to apologize for the procedures "not being clear" when they were nowhere to be seen. He failed to address any of his staffs behaviour and took it as an opportunity to write me several paragraphs trying to explain things to me. We each ordered a full rack of ribs. The portions were very small. Of all the rib places we've tried, the serving size, taste, and quality was by far the most disappointing at this spot. Quality always trumps quantity for us. However, this place missed the mark on both counts. At $64.74 before tip, this place is no bargain. That's just for two full racks of ribs, no drinks, and no desserts. If the food was tasty and the portion sizes were reasonable, then the price would not have been an issue. This town needs a Baton Rouge! It was very quiet when we arrived yet it took quite a while to be served. Our server was busy cleaning glasses in plain view of us. The washrooms were dirty and untidy. The soap dispenser in the women's washroom was broken. The restaurant provided a refill-type bottle on the counter with a flip lid that you had to wrangle to get any soap out of it. Food is not bad for the price, which it's fairly cheap compared to similar restaurants. The service however isn't that great. They seem to lack experienced servers and bartenders. Been here multiple times and they have a hard time making simple common cocktails. Turn around with waitresses seems high. If you're looking for cheap decent food this is a good place. It was our first time here and we were very pleased. The atmosphere was nice and the servers were friendly. I had the pulled pork tacos with fires and loved them. You received 3 large tacos and a big portion of fries. My wife ordered the shrimp tacos. They had a good zip but could have had more shrimp in my opinion. Great place to go with a group of friends, hang out, watch sports or just have a couple drinks. The staff is always friendly and the service is always quick. They have a great deal on Thursdays where all the appetizers are half price. I normally get the St. Louis style poutine which is fries, gravy, hot sauce, dill ranch sauce and cut up boneless chicken wings. It's a must have if you have never tried it and are a fan of poutine. The most recent time I was there I ordered the buffalo Caesar wrap with a side salad and the deep fried dill pickles as a starter. Both were pretty good and I would order them again. read more

Hit up St. Louis one night, the one on mountain road. Great atmosphere, waitress was awesome. Food was amazing. Got the Dusted Wings, buffalo style. They were absolutely amazing. As a die hard wing guy, this place was such a treat. So much so that I've been telling my friends and family all about the place. Such a treat that while I was sitting at home tonight getting ready to start my new job tomorrow, I thought I'd treat myself to some take I ordered the two pound dusted wings, buffalo style, just like last time. To be fair the order was placed immediately, I called in to make sure my special instructions on my online order was okay (broken buzzer asked them to call me so I could go down) and the delivery was quite quick. The take out crate was filled with steaming hot wings and fries. The take out crate is a treated material that doesn't allow the food inside to breathe. So care to guess what condition my crispy dusted wings were in? They were a soggy disgusting mess. The entire box was sweating. The wings were absolutely disgusting. I ate 5 or so but couldn't get in any further. The skin was reduced to a moist soggy mess. The fries were moist and had that "reheated" texture. You know the One, when you take crispy left over fries and microwave then. They taste like ass right? Ya, like that. So I'm very disappointed. Will never order out again. And would suggest to anyone to not order anything for take out that would degrade from the sweating that will take place. Wings, fries, burgers and the like. I would also implore St. Luis to get different take out crates/boxes. You need something that will "breathe". I will however eat in again. I gotta give credit where credit is due. Had a delightful lunch here yesterday that consisted of Fish tacos! Fish was a bit overcooked but three generous fish tacos was a nice surprise for lunch! It came with a tangy sauce that added a nice touch! The interior is nicely decorated and has a nice ambiance for a nice barbecue lunch! Food was delicious. Downside was I asked for something to go after my meal was done. What I got wasn't what I ordered. They refused to replace it or remake it, so I was stuck with something I didn't want. While the service was decent, the apparent policy (or manager/kitchen decision) at the time had absolutely no regard for Customer Service, which is something that I highly value. The waitress kept forgetting about us and never came over to ask how anything was. Went for wingsanity deal. Ordered original buffalo, asked waitress if Buffalo went with sauce on it, which I wanted. She said yes. When I got them, they were dry. A tiny portion of fries on the side as well. Ordered a second order of wings, this time boneless honey garlic. Took about 20 minutes to get second order. I would call these more chicken nuggets than boneless chicken wings. Too much batter on them. I am very disappointed with my meal. Been here twice. Both times were not a great experience. The food is somewhat ok. The service both times was very slow, at least 15 minutes just to take our order and another 30+ minutes for the food and again a long wait for the bill. The portions are way too small for the price. 19.99 for 4 wings and 5 ribs. The side was 14 fries (I counted). The wings were well heat-lamped to a jerkey-like state. The ribs had bone shavings in the meat from the cutting process which made them inedible. The fries were so scarce i could see more plate at the center ot the pile. read more
