We're in Ontario, Canada for a fishing trip. There isn't much open on a Sunday, so I found the nearest new restaurant 20 minutes away...Boston Pizza. We were warmly greeted at the door and had to make the decision of bar or restaurant seating. Both were super inviting, but we chose restaurant. The menu is quite big, with a ton of choices. But I'm at a new pizza place, so we got pizza. Our waitress was super happy, friendly and quite talkative. My son and I shared the Combo on thin crust, which was delicious. Other family on our table had burgers, which they all said were excellent. I'd love to come back here for another meal. Great establishment. read more

Considering the options in the area this was a nice surprise. Plenty of choices to choose from food and drink wise. Sports bar was decent as well. Good service and our server was very attentive and courteous. Would definitely go back when in the area. read more

I am so glad Pizza Hut finally opened up again...because, between the rude child workers I had to encounter from front door to the bill portion of my lack luster visit. It was only slightly more insulting than what they tried to pass off as food at high end prices with buck or two quality. I would recommend this to only the hungriest of people.. read more

Somewhat of a pleasant surprise for a chain restaurant. The service was exceptional. We had a prime rib hamburger, which was quite tasty, with optional special cut french fries. Downside? They must cook hamburgers well done, and the price was $12.50. This qualifies for the most expensive hamburger in my life experience! Iced tea was $3, come on, guys. The lunch specials, however, including a nice salad and strombole or other choices, was an okay value at $9 and very good. Forget the pizza. I refuse to pay $30 for a not-so-large simple pizza! Grab three of the $10 deli pizzas at Safeway for a better value. The atmosphere was pleasant enough for a chain restaurant. I WAS not happy that the advertised special which they promoted heavily, was exactly the same price as the regular price on the menu unless I had missed something. read more

What a great addition to the dinning options in Fort Frances. We have to be very thankful that Dale and Liz decided came back to Ft Frances and worked hard to make this business thrive. Boston Pizza is a lot more than just pizza. My favorite is the Spinach Salad with Chicken (although there are several other very healthy options for food weirdos such as myself). read more

Had a Mediterranean salad which was full of tasty fresh items, it was enjoyed. A small thin crust pizza of feta and pepperoni. It too was quite tasty and equally enjoyed. Was seated by a friendly young lady and served by another young lady who seemed more like a cousin rather then a server in a restaurant. Not bad service in any way, just odd. The presenting of the check was too abrupt and odd. Before we could even look it over the question came out, credit or debit. It was so out of left field that we were not sure what was being asked or why. It seems they carry a card machine that questions are answered and the card is swiped. I suggest the bill be left at the table for a moment to one can check it over than then come back a few moments later and one can see if the payment is being by card or cash and it is at this point one can ask, credit or debit. Ordered food fRom their online, received message it would be at my house in one hour. Calledafterer 75 minutes, was told it was gone. Called again after an hour and half had gone by. They left me on hold, manager came on finally said he would look into it. Left me on hold again until it rang back to the restaurant, then they didn't answer. I called back and the manager finally said my order was being sent out for delivery right then. Took almost two hours to get my order. read more
