Poor food & very poor service! Came in with 5 guys after a long day of field work. Sat down for a beer and some food. Ordered wings and baked pasta. All was okay until the pasta showed up. Absolutely no sauce on the pasta and when I asked for more they immediately got defensive and said "thats extra"!! I said, "there is none" and showed her the bowl. She just left even after I said i would pay for it but was not happy about it. The manager came out refused to help and said "thats BP policy". ...... What? Since when is the customer so wrong? The manager and the waitress refused to make it right and still after everything charged me $2.50 for the extra sauce. I nor any of my crews will be back to this BP! A BP's is a BP's is a BP's. Well there's not a whole lot different going on at this BP's but that's a good thing. The food held up to the normal quality that I expect from a BP's after having been to so many. The only thing that really differed at this location was wait time for food. The service we received was quite great (I never ran out of pop), but our table had to wait a long time for our food. We were a large group and it was a busy lunch time, but that still doesn't make an hour long wait acceptable. Good food, but don't come in here if you're in a rush. read more

Very bad food and even worse service . I have a small dietary restriction and no care or thought was put into my meal and the service was so bad- we could have just walked out multiple times with anyone even noticing!! Definitely regretting coming here and spending my money on crap. read more

Even though it wasn't busy, the service was very very slow. Went there around 4:15 and didn't leave until 6:10. There was only two of us and it was the slowest service we've experienced. We had to go to the front to get our bill because we were sitting there for almost 20 minutes waiting for it. The waitress got my order wrong and when I corrected her she said she'd tell the kitchen to make me my actual order, but then proceeded to help other tables. The manager eventually came to help us out. This same waitress also got another persons order wrong who was sitting at another table near ours. Had to wait almost an hour and fifteen minutes to get the correct order after telling the waitress. We were never offered drink refills or given the chance to ask because our waitress and the manager only check in once to deal with the correct order. The food was ok. But every time I eat at BP SOMETHING goes wrong. Makes for a disappointing experience. After this past time I've decided that I will not be going back here. read more

We went out to celebrate our grandson's birthday. The service was the worst I've ever experienced. The food was mediocre at best and presentation was sloppy. We waited an extraordinarily long time for our food. It was, without a doubt, the worst dining experience we've had and definitely won't be back. Wait staff was rude and ignorant, acting manager EVEN WORSE! Food was cold when arrived. When complained was told "If you don't like it, leave." When asked to speak to manager he came and without questioning his employee insisted we leave "his" establishment immediately. Seem outrageous? That is why I am reviewing. Should be 0/5 stars. Horrible, mean looking waitress. Manager who was there seemed only there to collect paycheck and not take pride in work. I've read the same thing that happened to us last night. No sauce on our lasagna. My husband wouldn't send his back cause he wasn't sure what they would do to it. They did put more sauce on mine & my husband received a dish of sauce. The lasagna noodles were hard barely cooked. Our last time at Boston Pizza in Brooks. read more

Two things. Restaurant itself is big and new. Very nice actually. Food is poor and more expensive than any BP's you'll try in Alberta.
