She was the only one to say that she felt more comfortable giving a quote only after seeing the space. That made 100% sense to me. When we met up with Lucy, she was punctual and so respectful of our new space. We felt really comfortable letting her in and checking everything out. She pointed out places I hadn't even considered cleaning. She gave realistic expectations as to what could be done and what may not end up perfect (nature of living in a very old apartment!) Lucy and her team LITERALLY made our apartment spotless. I couldn't believe it. The grime off the fridge handles gone. It looked like a different fridge. The air conditioner that probably hadn't been cleaned in years -- just check out the pics. Floors were clean, walls and ceilings clear, and even the bathtub and wall tiles that didn't look promising looked so much better. The inside of every cabinet was dust-free! They even cleaned things they didn't have to, it was just that extra touch that shows how thoughtful they are. My favorite things to see clean were the ceiling light fixtures. I thought I'd just have to get used to the dirt on the insides because we weren't sure how to remove them for cleaning. Lucy and her team knew how to do it and do it right! Lucy came by to give us a quote and her rate was very reasonable and well worth it, we were able to schedule her to do the clean pretty quickly and she was available to contact via cell phone and text message, which was very convenient. They are very detail-oriented, getting every last dustbunny from every corner, including my extra high ceilings. We had another house cleaner for several months and she did an OK job, I wasn't sure if it was the standard since it was our first hired house cleaner. I always felt like things were overlooked and the job was rushed, so I finally decided to shop around.
