These days are stressful. There is no respite from the chaos around you like coming home after these guys have cleaned your house. Coming home to the peace and tranquility of tidiness, a spotless kitchen floor and stove, a squeaky-clean tub, order and freshness. My fiancé and I wanted our new apartment to have a blank slate, that 'fresh start' feel, so we started looking for household cleaning agencies on Yelp before we finished moving in. We ultimately chose Spotless Cleaning by Lucy and it was the best decision ever! This was the first time we'd ever used cleaning services, so I called a variety of places to ask questions and get quotes. Lucy was the most responsive and genuine one. She was the only one to say that she felt more comfortable giving a quote only after seeing the space. That made 100% sense to me. When we met up with Lucy, she was punctual and so respectful of our new space. We felt really comfortable letting her in and checking everything out. She pointed out places I hadn't even considered cleaning. She gave realistic expectations as to what could be done and what may not end up perfect (nature of living in a very old apartment!) Lucy and her team LITERALLY made our apartment spotless. I couldn't believe it. The grime off the fridge handles gone. It looked like a different fridge. The air conditioner that probably hadn't been cleaned in years -- just check out the pics. Floors were clean, walls and ceilings clear, and even the bathtub and wall tiles that didn't look promising looked so much better. The inside of every cabinet was dust-free! They even cleaned things they didn't have to, it was just that extra touch that shows how thoughtful they are. My favorite things to see clean were the ceiling light fixtures. I thought I'd just have to get used to the dirt on the insides because we weren't sure how to remove them for cleaning. Lucy and her team knew how to do it and do it right! Everything was meticulously attended to and we couldn't be happier. We thank you and your team so much, Lucy! read more

I can't say enough good things about Spotless Cleaning by Lucy! I come home and my apartment is immaculate. How they can make my older style apartment look so clean and tidy is beyond me. Lucy and her team truly work some magic. On a side note, Lucy is so kind and responsive. You couldn't ask for more from a service! Now I can't imagine not having them a part of my routine. read more

The first time I met Lucy, I knew she was for us! She immediately looked around the room and started to notice small areas that needed cleaning, which I had never even noticed. She is incredibly professional; it is refreshing to see someone take her job so seriously and with such pride. Each week she left the house looking sparkly but -equally importantly- it felt organized with throw blankets on the couch folded, blinds shining, and counter tops neat. Lucy was also flexible working around the schedule of several young professionals who were working from home. I would recommend Lucy to anyone and know that you will feel lucky to secure an arrangement with her. Many thanks to Lucy for all of her hard work and caring. read more

Luci and her team are extremely conscientious in all aspects of their work! Most importantly they are prompt and friendly and respectful. They take suggestions very graciously and they always always leave our apartment looking and feeling cared for and beautiful again. They are very trustworthy and honest and I highly recommend their services. Give her a call, you won't be disappointed. read more

My roommates and I were very impressed with Lucy's cleaning services and highly recommend her! We hired her to do a deep clean of the common areas of our apartment. Lucy came by to give us a quote and her rate was very reasonable and well worth it, we were able to schedule her to do the clean pretty quickly and she was available to contact via cell phone and text message, which was very convenient. Upon arrival, Lucy and her assistant went to work immediately; they moved furniture, leaving no area uncovered. They cleaned behind and under the fridge and stove and scrubbed/dusted everything with a level of detail that only someone who really knows what they are doing can achieve. We would absolutely recommend her services to others! read more

Luci and her team did a DEEP CLEAN on my house to get it prepared for the rental market. As I was out of state, all was decided by telephone. She reviewed the property, gave me an accurate estimate, and she and her team did a VERY THOROUGH, EFFICIENT and CAREFUL job within a week of my request. The team work occurred over the July 4 holiday. Luci even returned to the house a week later to make sure that the window cleaners who cleaned the week after her crew, had not done any damage. Finally, she sent before and after pictures; it's really amazing how much dirt can accumulate after 30 years!! So, I can say that her team is SUPER, and I will hire them again without hesitation. They have earned my trust. read more

Lucy and her team are THE BEST! So efficient and effective and really lovely at that. Lucy came over to see my place and get a key and we discussed what I needed. I recently had work done on my apt and it was filthy. While she was here I asked her to do a deep cleaning including the inside of my oven, fridge etc. WOW. Coming home after Lucy and her team cleaned was a literal dream come true. My apt hasn't been this clean in years!! I'll definitely be using Lucy again and highly recommend her to anyone who's looking for thorough, reasonable, and all-around amazing cleaning services! read more

Lucy and her team are fantastic. We were not thrilled with our cleaners and decided to give Lucy a try - and now we wish we'd switched years ago. Lucy took the time to visit our home and give an accurate estimate as well as ask about anything special we wanted her team to focus on. Since she started cleaning for us we've been thoroughly impressed. Our house is clean and feels like a fresh start each time she comes. Lucy and team go further than any other cleaners we've had - they clean under and behind furniture, they clean the outside of our garbage and compost bins, they fold the clothes we sometimes leave laying around our room, and they always remember to swap out our towels and bath mats (something our prior cleaner never got quite right). We are thrilled and highly recommend Lucy!! read more

I was very impressed with the cleaning service provided by Lucy and her team. I'm usually obsessive about cleaning but I have to say that Lucy and her team exceeded my expectations in their work. They are exceptionally efficient and professional. They were so careful with my belongings and very detailed in their work that I felt reassured knowing that my place was receiving the cleaning it needed. It's really a life-changing experience to see your place so clean that it feels like a brand new home. I'm grateful for their hard work. read more

Lucy is the only one I trust to take care of my household cleaning needs. I'm pretty particular so was looking for a cleaning service for a while. I knew that I found the right one after the first time Lucy and crew cleaned our condo. Their attention to detail is unparalleled. The place was spotless! I believe less is more so when Lucy recommended they use vinegar to clean the hardwood floors I was over the moon. So far she's cleaned our condo a few times and the floors are gleaming every time. We have a cat and that was also a concern. Do I need to get the cat out of the house when the crew is there? Will they clean the litter box area? Some cleaning services I used in the past wouldn't. Lucy's team not only cleaned the litter box area, they cleaned the litter box itself and replaced the litter! Bottom line, I was looking for someone more than a cleaner- to not only clean but really take care of my household. I found that in Lucy and her highly skilled team. I strongly recommend their services! read more

Lucy and her team are incredible - professional, prompt, and incredibly thorough. Our apartment has never been this clean! We are so impressed and will definitely be hiring her and her team again. Thank you, Lucy! read more

Lucy and her team are TRULY AMAZING!! I am a real OCD neat freak so I never used a cleaning lady until we had our first baby. Now I can't imagine life without her. Lucy leaves our apartment spotless and cleans things I would never have thought of. She has also helped us with organization needs (closets etc). I trust in alone in our apartment and she is very fairly priced. She is very quick to respond to texts/ questions as well. The days she comes and cleans our apartment are seriously the best days of the week. read more

Lucy and her team aren't kidding when they say "spotless." I have used cleaning services in the past and have been underwhelmed, but Lucy's service is truly outstanding! They are very detail-oriented, getting every last dustbunny from every corner, including my extra high ceilings. They were very careful but efficient, and things that were moved off counters and shelves were put back exactly in the right place. They spent a good amount of time on the tub, an old claw-foot that needs a new finish, and I've never seen it so white since we've lived there. They got my house cleaner than it's ever been and really went the extra mile. Lucy and her team are excellent at what they do and really care about doing a good job. I highly recommend them! read more

We had another house cleaner for several months and she did an OK job, I wasn't sure if it was the standard since it was our first hired house cleaner. I always felt like things were overlooked and the job was rushed, so I finally decided to shop around. When Lucy came over to see our house, I could tell right away that she would do a much better job. She recently did her first cleaning and we are so pleased. Every surface and corner of the house is clean, even the small details. For instance, our back door has several small glass panes that I've cleaned so many times and can never get to look clear. Now they're crystal clear, I don't know how she does it! On top of being spotless, it's obvious everything was handled with care and put back in an organized way. Lucy and her team will be cleaning our home from now on and we feel so much better about how clean it will be! read more

Wow, there is nothing like coming home to a clean house after a long day! Not only is the work exceptional but the cleaners are friendly, thorough, and thoughtful- from finding my 3-year old's bed cutely arranged, to finding papers neatly stacked when I had to rush out the door, to any number of things in our 5+ years of working with them. I cannot recommend Spotless highly enough, do yourself and your family a favor and give Lucy a call, I guarantee you'll be glad you did! Such a great service with amazing people, if I could give 6 stars I would be saying that they deserve 7!!!! read more

Lucy and her team are the best in the business! I've got 3 cats and 2 toddlers who do their best to destroy our place, but Lucy and her team completely take charge of the task at hand. Every time I walk into my home after they have been there, I just breath it in. It really is such a joy to walk into a spotless home. Beyond the incredible job that they do (really, everything is so clean), the price is beyond reasonable. Thank you, Lucy, for taking care of my home in such a great way!!! read more

I arrived back in town in September to a new apartment that, despite my lease agreement, had not been cleaned. All of my belongings had been moved in but I couldn't unpack because the apartment was in such a bad state. I also had little time to get this straightened out because I was due back at school asap. Then I found Lucimar and my faith and hope were restored--this is not an overstatement! She is the three things one looks for and hopes to get when doing business: superb at what she does; honest and reliable; and nice, by golly, even fun to do business with! She did an outstanding job cleaning my apartment, removing stains and grime that the landlord told me would not come out. She possesses an exceptional attention to detail and seems to genuinely love what she does. And this comes through in the care she takes and the meticulous results of her work. Her care, responsiveness and genuine niceness made a tough situation a lot better. I look forward to doing business with her again. read more

I called Lucy after seeing her reviews on Yelp when I was 8 months pregnant and newly moved. I desperately needed help cleaning our house before unpacking and Lucy came over the next day on her day off to help me. She cleaned every inch of our new kitchen and I was so grateful that I found her. Ever since then she's been cleaning our house and she is nothing less than amazing. A godsend! She has a ton of expertise about what products to use and is so detailed - cleaning things above and beyond other housecleaners usually do. Her team are all very sweet and they all are wonderful with my kids. I'm so happy to have found Lucy! read more

I first learned about Lucy's company when I saw a company car in my neighborhood. I reached out to her to do an estimate and she was very responsive and professional. She did the estimate and was able to give me a competitive rate. This was months ago and I continue to have biweekly cleaning services by Lucy and could not be happier. It is so nice to come home to an orderly and clean home. I have been very impressed and would highly recommend Lucy and her team. read more

I'm very happy and content with Luci's cleaning. She has taken lot of stress out of my weekly routine and is establishing herself as someone I can rely on. I feel like it's always a gamble bringing someone into your home, but this is one bet that worked out. And I fully recommend her to anyone else looking for help with cleaning, especially over some of the other overpriced and sometimes rude cleaning companies around Boston. Here's how it went down. I saw Lucy's car in my neighborhood and thought to give her a call. So, I called, and she was very polite and direct on the phone and told me she'd come by to see the place and give me an estimate. A few days later, she came by, on time, and was very easy to talk to, as she explained everything to me. She listened to my concerns and needs and was generally a great communicator. And her rates are very reasonable. Luci has been over a few times now, every other week, and my place is always as clean as I expect it to be. And she does my wood floors really well. I somehow always made them into a slippery, death trap, but now they're clean and not slippery after Luci leaves. Thank you Luci for potentially saving my life. read more
