A very attractive, incredably sweet and attentive hostest. I was surprised they offered discount hookahs from 8-1pm, even on the weekend. We went around 10pm and it was not quite crowed yet, but we were also expecting 6-8 inches of snow. The music was bumpin' but not so loud as you could hold a conversation. The drink prices were reasonable and they offer late night snacks. I deducted a star because our bill did not reflect the menu prices, in which I had asked before placing my order. Management deducted the difference but prices should reflect menu prices. I also deducted a star for a 20% "surcharge", which is forced gratuity... even for a party of two. It's not stated anywhere, I had to ask if it was forced gratuity. We left more than the forced 20% because Sabrina was exceptional. I would recommend asking about specials before hand as well as inspecting your bill. I can see how people over pay/tip. Business practices seem a bit shady but hey, I'm just here for the cheap hookah.

My wife and i were pleasently greeted upon entering and were directed to the humador. About 10-15 minutes of looking through the large selection i decided on a cigar of my choice. Upon checking out, i was asked for my ID as i was going to pay for my cigar and a beer. My wife who was simply with me and was not purchasing a regulated item was also asked for ID. Because she was not interested in purchasing she did not bring an ID this evening. She was told she could not be in the building due to "the smoke" the employee failed to site Rhode Island General Law for "Smoking Bars"... I stood there confused, as I own a firearms business and i can site all Weapons Law under RI 11-47 yet this establisment is claiming reference to non existant law. However if it is store policy, It should not have been misrepresented as state law. Also, If it is store policy, ID upon enterence. Not after 10-15 minutes already in the building, with your guided assistance and support up to the point of purchase. Also denying alternate identification. I will not return and i urge others to avoid aswell. Theres plenty of lounges within 10 minutes of this location.

A tad bit noisy, but that is to be expected in such a dense dining room. They have a full menu... been there about ten times or so. Never disappointed or left hungry and broke. First off, the food came out fast (a win when you're starving), and the service was genuinely excellent. Attentive without hovering, friendly without forcing small talk. The place is cute and has plenty of seating. They also do take out! I ordered the Hawaiian poke bowl and WOW. The portion was huge (like "why did I think I could finish this?" huge), the price was super affordable, and the spice + flavor combo hit every craving I didn't even know I had. Balanced, bold, and just the right amount of heat. We also tried two rolls, plus the calamari and edamame, and everything across the board was solid. Fresh, well-made, and clearly cared for. To drink, I had the popping boba passionfruit tea and it was full of flavor without being overly sweet. Refreshing and fun, not syrupy. Overall: great food, generous portions, fair prices, and excellent service. I'll definitely be back and probably ordering the poke bowl again because... why mess with perfection?
