If you can recognize a Moroccan cab driver please avoid him for your own good! I know who they are because unfortunately I was born there. While I am proud of the woman I've become and am so grateful to have come to America -my real country- I am not proud of men in the culture I lived in for the first sixteen years of my life. Moroccan men are rapists and ignorant! I can find many adjectives to depict them but to sum it up they're the worst lowest people I've encountered in this planet. The Moroccan cab driver operating cab number 95 on March 17th 2013 between 5:30 and 6 pm is another proof of what kind of scum bags they are. I would have no mercy on every single one of them if I had the opportunity to torture them. When I first got into the cab I was overwhelmed with the smell of citrus chemicals. Usually it smells like farts and decaying animals, or like curry or some other kind of spice that should not be used in a vehicle. But this time the lemon fragrance was worst than all of the above. So I opened the window because I couldn't breath. I could see the disappointment on his ugly face when I said "could you please go to North Station?" They only like to drive far. People who are in a rush to get somewhere in the city, well good luck! At some point he says: "close the window!" No "please" or "can you" "could you" "would you". Back in Morocco very rarely do you hear please and thank you. When we arrived I swiped my card, the fare was $9, so I pressed the $1 tip BECAUSE I CAN!!! Because I can give whatever tip I want!! I am in the restaurant business, I know a great deal about tipping. I leave good tips for those who deserve it. Every time I pressed the $1 button somehow it showed $3 instead, weird! I am convinced that this is some kind of trickery so people never leave anything under $3! Morocco is very famous for fraud and subterfuge. But because I don't let things slide and I value principle I kept trying over and over. Determined, I asked him to do it in his machine. He asked me how much I want to leave. I replied $1. So he replied in his very rude tone and the ugliest accent: "You know that area where there was traffic I could've stayed there for awhile to bring up the fare but I cut through, you should leave me a $5 tip!" It is 5:47 pm and my commuter rail leaves at 5:50 pm. I tell him I need to go and I argue with him about the illegality of asking for a tip. He strongly believes that I am required to tip him, tip him 60%! The card wouldn't work. At this point I had missed my train, the next one was at 8:40 pm, and I couldn't believe that I was dealing with this guy. I felt as if I was a trapped woman in third world subjugating Morocco. I wanted to teach him a lesson, but he didn't get it, he is arrogant, like everyone of them... After much arguing coupled with a disrespect you can only get from a Moroccan ass hole, he finally decided to take my card. He said "I'm doing you a favor by doing this!" So he shuts off the machine, turns it back on and processes my card. Really? You're doing me a favor by making the card go through? And by not staying in traffic for few minutes to bring up the fare? And by demanding that I give you a 60% tip? And ordering me to close the window? Who do you think you are?? Douche bag! This isn't Morocco!! This is America!! I will do everything in my power to get you out of this country! This place is too good for you. You deserve to be deported back where you can hit women and rape them and be a terrorist. read more

I hate boston cab so much. Boston cab is the most awful cab company I've ever dealt with in my entire life. If you're planning on calling ahead for a cab forget it. Nearly every time myself or anybody I know has ever called the cab either doesn't come or you have to call back at least once. I decided to write this review because my girlfriend just had a terrible experience. She called ahead and after sounding out and spelling the street name 10 times the dispatcher finally said a cab was on the way. She took it from our friends house on Boston St. Like, as in Boston, MA. When the cab arrived the driver hit the buzzer and then literally walked directly to his car and straight up took off right as she was getting out the door. We were on the first floor and she was out the door immediately. She had to stand outside as she watched the cab peel off. Then I just drove her because she didn't want to deal with calling back. I hate Boston cab more than anything. I plan on making complaints to the BBB because they run that business like a fucking joke, not to mention all their drivers drive like dick heads 100% of the time. It's too bad they are huge contributors to the Menino campaign because they get away with way too much shit. Their cabs never show up and everyone that works there is a fucking douche bag or an idiot. Combined, they are completely unreliable and have caused me to be consistently late to important work events over the past 8 years. You might as well get hooked up with zip car, walk, or even buy your own car before relying on this shit hole company. Fuck Boston cab. read more

I work concierge at a new building in south boston. I ALWAYS use this service because they are prompt and call when they are arriving. Today I had to call THREE TIMES for a ride for one of my residents. First time there was no answer. Second time: "May I have a cab to 100 Pier 4?" "WHAT?! You mean 142 Northern Ave?? Its not called 100 Pier 4." Me being thrown off just continued to ask for the ride Her, "Whats the name?" I proceed to ask my resident for a last name and I hear her on the other end "oh my God I just need a first name i dont care for the last." I return to her and say " Excuse me if your having a bad day, keep it to yourself." She replies, " No one is having a bad day" and hangs up on me. I need the cab for my resident so I called back, she answers again so I asked for "100 Pier 4' again. She sighs and says "Give it two minutes" and hangs up on me AGAIN FOR THE SECOND TIME. She was so freaking rude its taking me everything not to call back and ask for a manager. Im afraid she wont even transfer me to whom I need. I didnt get a name but I called at 9:18, 9:19 and 9:21am on Sep, 8 2015. Its not hard to say "Hi" and sure "I'll send it over." I'm not asking for converstaion. Just send me a damn cab NICELY. Unbelievable. read more

one week ago, I called this company to get a wheelchair accessible van, for my brother, who is deaf with ALS, so he can attend a thanksgiving party. they confirmed the time, a pick up at his nursing home at 1030am. I called today, Tuesday 11/21 at 830am, to confirm he would be picked up at 1030am and was told yes, the pick up is confirmed. at 1020 am, I received a call back stating that there were 'no vans in the area', by someone who had no shame or sorrow at all, my brother is sitting in the foyer of the home, waiting to go to a party he will not be able to attend, and it seems like no one seems to care, its horrible business.and I cant even write what I would to these people if I had them in front of me..id like to add something to this..a driver called me, about 1050am, dennis was his name, he told me he could get out there are noon, I told him please do. he was absolutely excellent, kept in touch with me every step of the way. the nursing home had actually found a different service, but this driver was so courteous that I told them not to bother. so, the driver did the right thing..the company and dispatch and whoever else called me was god awful, but this wheelchair cab driver dennis was aces in my book read more

Plate number 13728 medallion number 1118 is a psycho. I pulled on the side of the road to drop off my friend, signaled about 100 feet before the stop. Out of nowhere, he swerves in front of me, gets out of his car, blocking traffic while the light was green, comes to my window and starts screaming at me, called me a rapist (not sure where he got that from) and wouldn't get out of the way for about 5 minutes. He was twitching and shaking the whole time. Avoid this guy. Pure nut job. And while I'm at it, they always claim their credit card machines are "broken" and never have change. Always trying to hustle you. Use an Uber. Faster, cheaper, friendlier, and cleaner. Plus, they do background checks on those guys read more

IF.... Mr. Steve Haung is a driver for your company than you have hired a very honest, respectful, helpful, polite driver to have in your employ. Steve drove us from Boston Plaza Hotel to Logan airport in 20 or so minutes. Whereas, Metro Cab drove us thru 3 tunnels and charged a whopping $41. Mr. Haung's meter seemed to be half that. So, if Mr. Steve Haung is in your employ......... HE IS A KEEPER!!!! By the way, Boston is beautiful. It was my first time to your fair city. Should I travel again, I will be looking for Mr. Haung to drive us. Respectfully, Melissa L. Bourgogne-Boehm, Houston, Texas. read more

Boston Cab. Driving towards Kosciusko Circle in Dorchester. Going right to drive down Morrisey Blvd. Cab #924 cuts me off coming from the left hand lane and almost hits me and starts to blow his horn continues to do this down the Blvd. The cab driver is a menace. He should be off the streets. Called Boston Cab to complain and they blew me off saying I should call the police department. They take no responsibility for their cab drivers. read more

Due to flight delays arrived at Logan very late. Got cab #1054 around 1am (April 17). Short young guy. No courtesies, which I wasn't concerned about. However, upon only receiving a $3 tip by card, he rushed to the trunk, pulled out my bags, left them out on the street, not on the curbside, immediately jumped back into the cab in a hurry while I was still getting out, and took off speeding the moment I was out. Rude and bizarre. read more

I have to say, I never have a problem with this company. Every time I call for a cab they are there within 5-10 minutes. Obviously if you call a cab on a Monday morning at 8:00am and it's snowing out and everyone and their mother is trying to get a cab, of course you will have to wait. But that is life, wake up on time! The number I use is 617-536-5010 read more

My last ride sucked - in the old shitty Crown Vic ex police car and the driver took a loooong way to destination! Two stars as he at least was intertaining to listen to. Dear cab drivers, please save yourself from the misery. Get a new nice car and start driving for uber The cars you have now suck ass The service is overpriced and obnoxious read more

Always LATE, not 3 or 5 minutes, more like 15-20 minutes. The people that answer the phones are unhelpful, forgetful and just rude at times. When they have showed up, I have had decent people as cab drivers but dont tell me 10 minutes or 15 minutes when you are not going to show up for 30 or 45 minutes !!! Disappointing service. read more

This cab driver was smoking as he dropped me off at south station. Was very rude to a lady trying to pull off at cab stand..got out the car yelling and screaming. These cabs are smoke free. And then he was parked at a fire hydrant all while doing this. Cab #1597 read more

Discriminatory practices wish I could have given this 0 Stars! I believe it is illegal to refuse someone a ride based on race and their destination in the city. Do not use this service unless you have to. Never met someone so rude, ignorant and indecent read more

Too horrible to write about in detail. Rude dispatchers, no shows, lying, shady service. One of the worst companies I've ever seen. I ask all of you out there to please work together and send this perversity back to where it belongs - out of business. read more

AWFUL! I have literally been calling them for 4 hours to book a cab to the airport early tomorrow morning. It just rings and rings and then disconnects. This city needs serious help when it comes to taxis. There are few choices and they are all awful. read more
