LESS THAT 1 star ever…read more We called Tire Plus ahead of time to ask if they had availability for an oil change. They told us, "Yes, come now and we'll take care of you." We arrived within 5 minutes, handed over the keys, and then waited 2 full hours -- only to realize our car hadn't even been moved from the parking lot. Meanwhile, there weren't many customers inside, and the guys responsible for oil changes and tire work were just wandering around with tablets, barely doing anything. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. When we finally asked for our keys back -- because we had a long trip ahead and couldn't wait any longer -- they handed them over without a single apology, even after we explained our situation. That lack of basic courtesy says everything. You're better off going literally anywhere else than dealing with this place.

I had a trip planned and tried to get tires arranged for Salt Lake City only to be called and told they could not get them in time. I called Dales TIres and not only could they get them, they could get Michelin's at a reasonable price. So I ordered six. The tires were in as ordered, the appointment was on time and they were done in an hour and a half (15 minutes per tire.) While they were working I was in the waiting area talking to the local manager. Nice guy. He gave me a lot of info about housing in the area as I am interested in moving. It was nice after Reno and Salt Lake City to find a place that could get the tires I wanted, when I wanted and put them on without waiting all day. If you have a motorhome and the tires are getting a bit aged, combine a trip to the Black Hills with a stop here for new tires. It will work out well, it did for us.
