The owner and management of this "dealership" are reprehensible. If you want to be called pathetic or told you made assumptions, harassed and everything else go to these people. My wife was told they operate by appointment only after driving two hours to come look at a car. What do they do after being told this, harass, name-call, generally act unprofessional. All of this is based on their dislike for "tire-kickers". Truly the worst experience with a car broker dealer I have ever had and that's saying something. Absolute horrible service. They took all the phone out of our event. I don't know how this guy even stays in business. When you are supposed to deliver 5 cars for an event and you show up late with 1 car you are not fulfilling your part of the agreement. Instead of having the vehicles on a trailer or more employees to assist in delivery, he told us he would drop a car, get a ride, go get another car, take a ride back and bring another, 5 times. We might still be there waiting if we did it that way. The vehicle he delivered had damage. Then they wanted us to sign documents attesting to the good condition of the cars when we hadn't taken delivery of them. After 2+ hours of dealing with this guy we ended up with 1 car out of the 5 we reserved. A 1 star review is high. If I could leave a zero stars I would. Sketchy place from the beginning!!!! Called about a built C7 Z06 (immaculate looking) called about the car and the guy I was talking to was very short and rude dude acted like he didn't want to sell the car or something. After a few annoying days dealing with this "dealership" they wanted me to wire money immediately without even seeing the car or going into this "dealership" lol. Finally after a couple more days I finally got a day to see the car... the "salesman" wanted me to look at the car from a different location form the "dealership" I knew it was sketchy as soon as he said that. When I saw the car I was immediately disappointed by the car. The "salesman" seriously looked like a ghetto mechanic that scams credit cards. The car was obviously wrecked because the bumper and passenger side panel was a completely different blue from the rest of the vehicle even when it was raining you could tell how bad the color change was. Here is the list of stuff that was flawed. The hood was put on wrong and the gap between the hood and passenger side was so bad you you'll put a whole finger through and the driver side barely cleared shutting and opening (because of wreck) The car most definitely did not have a ceramic coating because the water never beaded off or and stayed puddled on. The passenger side headlight had condensation (because it was wrecked) The rear spoiler was missing 4 screws. The driver side skirt was cracked and held together by double sided tape. The grill of the car was caked up with so much wax. The rear license plate frame was missing and looked like it was ripped off and one of the lights didn't work. The carbon fiber roof was peeling off. The service brake system light stayed on also the passenger front tire pressure monitoring system wasn't even working (because of wreck) Now let's talk about the engine bay here's the list. As soon as we opened the hood the whole entire engine bay was coated dry engine coolant (either wreck car or it exploded) The supercharger needed to replace. The water expansion tank was a very hazy orange and smelt like rust. (Needed to be drained a long time ago) The bolt that holds the supercharger upper pulley was so rusted in order to replace it you would have to cut it completely off!! The methanol injection spout looked extremely loose on the intake elbow. The "salesman" stated the methanol was full so I opened the reservoir up and couldn't see anything inside. Now back to the "salesman" he had to lookup or call his "mechanic" to figure out the questions me and a buddy asked. Before I even drove and look at the car thoroughly he wanted me to wire the money... never seen the dealership, other cars, office, or other worker. It was a very odd situation for me and my friend. I never had to look at a car from a "dealership" at a random location like a damn restaurant LOL. I had never experienced something like this and i hope anybody who reads this stays away. Save your time, hassle, drive and MONEY. I would give this place -5 if I could. Hopefully this place gets sued or goes bankrupt. SHADY COMPANY!!! BEWARE KEVIN- the owner. Is the most shady person I've dealt with. This is long but if you plan to do business with this man you need to know this. Rented a Lamborghini, the owner was to drop off the car to me at the airport. I sent him my flight itinerary and he arrived to the airport 1 hour after my flight arrives. I'm sure he will reply and say "I wanted to wash the car and I thought you arrived at 2" but the fact is that I paid $100 for a delivery and $4k for a rental and the car did not arrive on time. This owner doesn't deal with credit cards, he deals with cash or Zelle. I'm sure he does this to avoid payment processing fees, but after hearing from other people who have used this company he also does this to more easily hold your deposit and not return it. What this man says and what his contracts say are 2 totally different things. Upon pickup up my car he told me to pay him the remaining balance of the rental (I paid 2k as a deposit to secure my rental) I did (via Zelle), we showed him it was sent and paid and he sent us along our way. The next day I spent 2 hours on the phone between him and our insurance company. As he decided that I needed to increase my rental limits on property damage (for the record property damage covers if I hit a light pull- not the actual car). However he didn't believe this and insisted I pause my vacation to do a 3 way with my insurance. He was EXTREMELY rude to my insurance woman (maybe he has an issue with women) calling her a liar and being very rude. At this time he also demanded another 2k from me- saying I needed to pay another deposit (24 hours after I already had the car?- I let him know our invoice was already paid as he requested) I thought I could finally go out and enjoy Dallas and spend what was left of my short vacation. BUT WAIT ITS NOT OVER THERES MORE. After going our to dinner we got back to the car. And it wouldn't start. Hmmm WTF I thought?! I called him and he let me know they disabled the car because I didn't send him another 2k?!? He said he has sent me a text (on the phone I was happy to leave at the hotel so I could enjoy my time with my husband). I sat in a parking garage with a disabled car that I had just paid 4K for trying to talk to Kevin who wouldn't let me speak a single word; he yelled at me, hung up on me, and was the most disrespectful, unprofessional man I've ever spoken to. The purchase of my McLaren 570GT from Kyle Dec 1, 2020. Boss Exotics, Where do we begin... First off he was very tough to communicate with and pretty much wanted me to find all of the info out on my own and would seem irritated if I asked questions. I was looking at purchasing the car from the previous owner, but he had got to it before I did. I knew the price he paid and offered him a fair profit over that and not have to do anything to the car, to which he declined, but I still agreed to purchase it based on the condition he said it was in(which was PERFECT). The car was wrapped previously and the car had adhesive residue all over it as well as pieces of the wrap left in some areas(let's not mention all of the cut marks around the car). I flew into DFW to meet Kyle, which he picked me up in the car, and upon first glance, this car was not in the shape he told me it was in. He told me to get in the car and that we were going to another store for him to pick a car up and then go back to his lot to finish paperwork up. I agreed and got in the car and we went to a Mercedes dealership to pick up this car. When we got there, I got out and was able to look at the car in better light and noticed all of the stuff from the wrap, and some pigment issues in the paint in several areas making it appear it had been resprayed horribly. The car is a Volcano Orange 2017 McLaren 570GT. I started talking to him about the issues and concerns I had with this car and tried to tell him I wasn't paying the price we talked about because the car was not in the condition he said it was in. He started getting defensive and all over the place in what he was saying and telling me it was fine and/or he told me that(He Didn"t). I had called a friend to seek advise on how to move forward with this(being as I am stuck in Dallas if I don't get this car). So, here we are in this dilemma with my vehicle purchase. I express to him I want the discount or send the money back to my bank and cancel the deal. Of course, he doesn't want to cancel the deal as he will lose out on the sale, but he also doesn't want to hand over any money. Mind you, we are still in the parking lot of this dealership near service department, and then out of nowhere he says "I am going to get this car and I'll be right back" then proceeded to toss the paperwork/title/ect(which I haven't signed) into the seat, and walk inside. I called my friend back and waited for what seemed like 30~ minutes and he was nowhere to be found. I called him asking where he was and if he was coming back and he said "No, I have a meeting and other things to do". I told him the issues I had and I wanted money back, to which he told me of a body shop local to take it to and he would have pay to have it fixed. Mind you, I live over 6 hours away and this was my ONLY way home and he wants me to drop this off to a body shop I don't know and have no way to get home until a flight the next day, plus hotel cost, and an Uber ride. I sat around the dealer for about another hour and I kept calling and trying to work it out with him if we were to drop it off and he would just say he would call back and kept hanging up. I finally gave up and made the drive home after he said he would handle it and get me money back and make it right, but couldn't get to the bank until the next day because of his "Meeting". After making a stop for fuel before leaving town I started taking some pictures I noticed he put a TWO MONTH EXPIRED TEMP TAG ON THE CAR!!!!! SO, I have an expired tag, paperwork that is not signed, and a car that has some issues and I CANNOT find this guy. Fast Forward, now 4 months later, I still have nothing from him and all he wanted me to do was take it to his shop to have it "looked at", but never says fixed. He refuses to give me any money back as he agreed to when we spoke the day of, and ignores my calls/texts. I have the car unregistered still, blank title work, and am short the $5,000 we agreed to get back to make repairs... This dude is A TOTAL hack and piece of garbage. So I waited till i needed a vehicle and that was a huge mistake. I put down+20k on a overpriced Benz and the day it came off the transport the brakes were shot and within a wk the cars serpentine belt kept on coming off and when I called Kyle aka punk he told me I had to take it to one of his mechanics. So eventually we agreed on my mechanic and after the problem kept on persisting I sent the car back after being told I would have a replacement vehicle. Huge mistake on my part because I thought Kyle was a man of his word but he's nothing of the sort. He's a crook and needs to have his business license taken. He never sent me a replacement car and refused to return my 20k for a car that never was as described. I now will be seeking legal counsel and taking Kyle to court to get what's owed back and I only hope the judge will see through his illegal tactics. I have had a car under the lease program for almost a year now. The initial contact and vehicle walk-through was very fast and professional. Vehicle was shipped very quickly as described in arrived in perfect condition and no charge to me. I have been very pleased with the car and everything has gone as described per contract. I have had one minor issue with the vehicle. At the time of purchase I was told vehicle comes with a full warranty. As promised, Kyle worked the dealership and warranty co directly. It was handled quickly at the actual dealership with no cost to me. Time is very important and I have had to spend little in dealing with Boss Exotics/Kyle in the year I have had possession of the toy. I did have to raise my insurance coverage to satisfy the contract....It's in the contract and it's an exotic car, no problem. There may be lower priced leases, if that is a huge concern when purchasing/leasing, maybe reach out to BOA, Wellsfargo, ect to explore additional financing options. Also, if your personal finances could be an issue, this "may" not be the place for you. I do wish they were a bit quicker on responding at times. As I've mentioned prior, time is important to me. With that said, I'm busy as well so somewhat understand and am GREATLY looking forward to another vehicle from the Boss Team. read more

Do not do business here. The owner Kyle is a complete asshat. I had hail damage from a storm in 2016 took my car here to get it repaired. Long story short my car is still not fixed yet Kyle cashed the insurance check. I contacted the bank where the check was cashed because my lien holder did not endorse the check, AKA it was deposited illegally, and the bank is telling me according to them the car has been fixed. I can assure it has not. Still covered in dents from hail. I am now having to get an attorney to try to get that money back so I can get my car fixed. Again do not do business here, your risking.
