The times were well after I said we had to be done, they added makeup which was not marked on the form, and did not have the right styles with the right person. I tried to speak with a manager and she pushed me off saying I had to deal with the bridal team even after sharing my frustration about them. I would NOT recommend using them for a wedding. It's unfortunate since I use to like the salon but they have gone down hill with customer service. Day of the lady at the front desk was annoyed I was not paying for everyone and that she had to refund me for some of my deposit. She kept saying I could pay for someone and they pay me back even after I said no. I did love my stylist and she did a amazing job but the frustration of everything outweighs the day of service.

I scheduled an appointment with her for a full balayage service on my grown out hair. Prior to my appointment I had sent her an inspo picture and when she was finished it was way darker than I had expected. I was immediately unhappy with the results, and contacted her within 14 days, expressing my dissatisfaction. She assured me to just use a purple shampoo and to wait for the toner to fade out and that the color would correct itself, this did not happen. I continued to contact her the next few days, explaining that the color was not changing, and by that time, 7 days had passed, and she told me that due to her policy, she would not fix my hair for free, she offered to fix my "money piece" for free. and I would need to pay for a color correction. I tried to be understanding and decided to give her another chance. She squeezed me into her schedule, rushed through it, and wasn't able to allocate the time necessary for my hair to process. As a result, the top half of my hair didn't develop properly and the appointment concluded, leaving me with brassy orange in my hair as opposed to blonde (see pictures below). Keep in mind, this was after she fixed it. I scheduled a new balayage service with her months later and shortly after, I contracted COVID. Despite quarantining for two full weeks, I continued to test positive, and so I reached out to her at least half a week in advance of my appointment, with these details, asking to cancel the appointment until further notice, and requested that she refund my deposit. She refused to work with me, stating that a policy is a policy, and that rescheduling, even this far in advance, would be a strike against me, and she refused to return my money. She has been extremely unprofessional and is not very understanding. As someone who works in the beauty industry myself, I would not recommend working with her for hair services.
