If you know me, I'm serious about my chorizo! I loved how this burrito tasted! It also had beans, eggs, and potatoes! Def one of the my favorite breakfast burritos I've ever had! The salsa was also nice and flavorful! The chorizo had a spicy enough kick and the flavor really punched through . We had to finish it off with some hot chocolate bread pudding donuts these were so unique and hit the perfect spot! I am not sure how often they do breakfast, but you do NOT want to miss it! I wasn't ready for a full meal so I had a "snack" that turned out to be a pretty big portion of very freshly fried pork rinds (they were still crackling in the dish) with pimento cheese for dipping. Omg this food is so good. From the rice and peas to the chicken and the oxtail. The oxtail was so soft and seasoned to perfection. I loved that he cut up the chicken into small bit size pieces! I'm not a really big fan of cabbage so it was ok but if you love cabbage then you'll probably love it. He did ask if I wanted a side of plaintains but I said no. I should have gotten it. This food truck will be one of my go to from now on for whenever I want Jamaican food. I'll drive the 20 miles because to me it's worth it!
