However, Jay's is a thief of an establishment as I ordered a pound of pulled pork and when I got home it weighed 10 ounces (INCLUDING THE CONTAINER). I called to complain but got a voicemail. It was moist and flavorful with the occasional "crunchy" bit of BBQ sauce. Big hand pulled chunks of Breast meat served alongside a potato roll accompanied with extra BBQ sauce. Enough meat to create 2 sandwiches. BBQ sauce was thick and both sweet/savory. Staff at the Food Truck were friendly and efficient. The ambiance was provided by the busyness of the Lucketts Fall 2024 fair. Clean tables under a tent with live music on a pretty fall day.
