It saddens me to write this review but as always I search for truth and I don't like to be anyone's fool nor will I enable a bad business concept . Boskos is a business that lacks passion and it's uninspired. The food was basic echoing the cries of mediocracy and conformity . The waitress was very nice and welcoming but overall I will not return . I went inside not expecting much and not much is what I got . I ordered the burger with a glass of water , the meat was salty the bread was old and smelly and the lettuce stem I got was crunchy, the water tasted unfiltered and straight out of the pond . Businesses should just be held accountable and we as customers should demand a higher standard of innovation and excitement . There's a reason we don't eat the same boring foods of the 60s and 70s because new and exciting concepts have sent old and boring concepts out the door. ( Fondue shops , green milk jell-O and fruit cake anyone ! ) read more

Had a great time at Bosko! Ordered the tomato cream seafood pasta and it was BOMB. Came with angel hair pasta which I've never seen before, and to my delight the angel hair made the pasta taste extremely light. I loved loved loved the pasta sauce. Also ordered the Bosko nachos that came with a perfectly marinated bulgogi and generous guacamole. The fish and chips had a lot of fish and a light and crisp breading. Final favorite was the mango avocado salad that was DELIGHTFUL. Add the great lake view and even better company, and it's a winning combination. read more

I had their honey walnut shrimp and their pho, and I was astounded by their quality, especially given the fact that it all came out so quickly. I've had a lot of pho, and the pho here was so satisfying and delicious, perfect for the cold weather. The honey walnut shrimp was more than just sweet and fried; it was crispy, savory, and went great with rice. Horrible service I was there yesterday and wrote a review and I don't see it here has been removed..waited forever for al pastor tacos (super salty) soda was also flat..I order chicken and asada to go it took them over 40 minutes to get my order wrong ..waitress didn't even offer a discount but she blamed the cooks as a waitress she should of took a look at my order before bringing it after 40 minutes for 4 tacos..also another customer walk up to their kitchen to get some stuff they needed..unbelievable poor service no wonder they were about to shut down.. read more

I would put five stars because we go here a lot, and love the wait staff and food. BUT, today I went there and the waitress, Shasha was HORRIBLE and SO RUDE! You need to get rid of that girl! She is argumentative and horrible! We will come back, but if she is there when we come, we will turn around and walk right out the door. You need to know that she represents you and your restaurant, so having someone like that working for you is not a good for your wonderful place. Came to Boskos for a small little date with my boyfriend and was pleasantly surprised with how amazing the food was! We ordered the seafood ramen, chicken and shrimp and two sushi rolls! Had tacos last week on Thursday. I was really amazed with the food and especially the price. We paid under $30 for 4 of us. We had street tacos tasted like some real authentic Mexican food. So annoyed...I went there yesterday to get my Mom some Wonton soup and they did not have that, okay no problem. So the girl with the short black hair, that is not friendly or knowledgeable at all about her menu, tells me they have, split pea, clam chowder and gumbo. I said "no Asian type soups"? She emphatically said, "NO". So I check out the menu and they have Ramen...hummm isn't that Asian soup? One lonely little star..Ordered 3 cheeseburgers for takeout. One plain, one with everything and one with everything-wrapped in lettuce. The girl at the counter was taken aback when I asked to check the boxes before I paid-until I explained that every time we order burgers, the order is wrong. Guess what? Once again Bosko's didn't disappoint! Counter girl blamed it on the large volume of takeout orders. What about last time? Or the time before that? One plain cheeseburger-check, one cheeseburger with everything-nope-plain, one cheeseburger wrapped in lettuce-nope-tough as leather patty with something that's supposed to resemble cheese sitting atop a tiny leaf of lettuce. Did I mention the lettuce was brown, the cheese had a weird gritty texture and the tomato was slimy? I'm all about supporting my local businesses but next time I want a burger, I'll pass on Bosko's. Bosko has such a varied menu I could go back a number of times and not repeat my selection. This time I felt like a burger and had a great one. There were too many fries but they were tasty. My son had popcorn chicken and fries and my husband had a very tasty noodle dish with black bean sauce. I plan to go back and try a bulgogi dish next time. I love bulgogi, it's so yummy. I regret I didn't catch the server's name because she was very busy -- the only one in the room and many people to serve. I will say food arrived in a timely way and was hot and tasty. New place to eat in the community. Service was good. Food was decent and affordable. Staff a bit disorganized. Decor needs to change and needs to be cleaned. Still original decor and paint from the last owner. Shades and window sills were dirty and tattered. Owner decided to close on Sundays after being open for only two weeks to allow employees downtime? There is no down time in the restaurant business. Set the operating hours before you start your business. If anything close on Monday's when you can deal with your vendors etc Everybody hates Monday's anyway. read more

We were visiting the area and chose Bosko because The Twisted Chicken was no longer there! The only drawback was that we could not sit outside because it was wet from the rain night before. I ordered the Honey Walnut Shrimp that I absolutely LOVE at the Panda Express! I was not disappointed...great tasting. I got a side of cole slaw instead of rice...it was good. My wife ordered the Boskos salad and really enjoyed it. Our server was Holly and she was as nice as could be! If we do decided to return to the area, we will definitely go back to Boskos! read more
