Somehow I limit myself to two donuts each time I stop. The glazed cinnamon roll I get for the second day is still fresh and delicious. Get there early if you want donuts. They are fantastic donuts and they sell out of some things like the apple fritters early. So go and pick up a dozen. I used to get the breakfast burritos. I am sure they are still super tasty...but since I have discovered the secret to getting a variety of donuts (go early) I have only been buying these freshly made circles of joy. The earlier you arrive the more guaranteed you are to end up getting in the style of donut you want. They do get crowded and the good good donuts go fast. Equally good are their burritos. The person who helped me was friendly and helpful and apologized for it taking a little bit of time. I had ordered 6 dozen so took a little time but nothing too long. Don't be fooled by the cheap prices - the burritos are huge!! We each ordered two burritos and seriously had like 15lbs of food. And they were each delicious. Absolutely delicious donut shop with bargain prices for quality donuts. The yeast donuts are soft and melt in your mouth, the chocolate isn't overly sweet and the fillings are perfect. They offer such a large variety of simple classic choices, you're sure to find at least one you might like. The prices are beyond reasonable, had to try the brisket breakfast burrito just because of that. Yum! Don't let its humble exterior deter you, the humans inside are very friendly and sweet like their offerings. :) The interior is aged too but it's clean and they have plenty of seating if you need to bring a hoard of folks with you just to enjoy a donut and coffee. Service is personal and very prompt. You must wait your turn to the right as you come in the door. Or use the drivethrough window or call in your order ahead of time. Donuts are fresh and they run out in the morning, so get there before 9 or 10. read more

I enjoyed their donuts which were freshly made, had the right amount of sweetness, non-greasy, with a light texture. The breakfast burritos (we tried the potatoes & eggs and brisket) were average. They were seasoned well and pretty filling, but nothing I would drive the extra mile for. Just a heads up, the brisket burrito only has cabbage and brisket. If you get eggs and potatoes, make sure to have the green chiles with them to add flavor. Service would've been better with a smile. The girl behind the counter wasn't friendly at all and didn't look like she enjoyed being behind the counter. All in all, service was fast and food was good. read more

I was also excited to try the famous brisket burrito. OMG. I couldn't swallow it because it was so dry and with out any type of seasoning. To add salt to the wound the cashier was completely rude. I have been going to Bosa for burritos and Taco Tuesday for some time. I have never had any issues. Today I ordered the enchilada plate. It was about $13.50 with tax. I asked what meat it came with. The employee told me brisket. When the food came there was no meat. The person who took my order asked the kitchen staff about it. She told me that they could not put meat on enchiladas. There was no explanation as to why. They offered to make something else but only if I paid again. These are such bad business practices that I cannot recommend Bosa and would certainly never return there. read more

This is our favorite place for to go food. The burritos are the best in Las Cruces, the donuts delicious and the tamales are the best I've ever eaten. You won't be able to eat burritos or tamales anywhere else after you've had Bosa. The girls that take the order are wonderful. They are so nice, they could be rude and mean and I would still get food here. It's nice that they are not. They are helpful and great and make coming here even more of a pleasure. My dad likes the green chile burritos here, so we stop in from time to time. The chile is decent if not a little (ok, a lot) salty. Not my favorite in town, but serviceable. And inexpensive (like around $2.50). Homemade tortillas are a bonus. The place feels like the setting for a scene in a Sam Peckinpah or Quentin Tarantino movie where something extraordinarily violent is about to happen. A peculiar, sleepy darkness that you so often get in the southwest: a kind of deathly pall together with service from people who know that their life expectancy is improved by sticking to the back of the shop and engaging with customers very lightly. I just went here for the first time today. I went through the drive thru and my boyfriend and I asked what flavors they had. The lady repeated back the flavors: glazed, chocolate, white and pink. So I asked did she have sprinkle donuts. Instead of answering me she repeats the freaking flavors again. So I'm kind of staring at her like dumb founded. So I was thinking they had sprinkle donuts in those flavors. So I asked for a white sprinkle donut. Then she proceeds to tell me the flavors again and that she doesn't have any sprinkle donuts. Okay so I saw twist on the menu so I ordered a chocolate twist and then she gave me a little attitude and said she doesn't have twist she has regular donuts. I was just completely confused why she was so rude and wasn't answering me and why the manager would be behaving this way. She could have simply answered me and said we don't have sprinkle donuts. We have regular round donuts in these flavors to make it clear for me. I don't know if she was having a bad day, but it made me not want to come back here. The service was shocking. A donut place that serves burritos? More like a terrific breakfast burrito place that also serves donuts. I came here based on a recommendation for their brisket burrito. It was da bomb. Not huge - I could (should?) have easily eaten two, but I had a long day of driving, and didn't need any snoozies. The brisket was served with shredded cabbage - and was dark and so juicy. Mmmmmm. Lots of other breakfast burrito choices - I'll definitely be back some time when I can have two burritos and go into a happy food coma... Really easy to get to and find from the interstate, and we were back on the road pretty quick! I had a egg and bacon and chorizo potato breakfast burrito- they were both delicious. These doughnuts are a little too heavy & almost cake like, and the chocolate & glaze toppings are too thick & gloopy. They help people on the phone before they help the counter. The donuts are pretty good but they forget your order because they are distracted by the phone. Maybe they need to have someone answering the phone and not taking counter orders. From all the good reviews this place got you would think that the service would be better but people base their reviews on food not service. read more
