bad experience. the mechanic dont care about your car.(ofc its not his) didnt even applogize even though its his fault. the car is a bit lowered and he already know the driveway is steep. and he straight backed up and my under bumper got scratched. id rather go elsewhere than this shop. it should have been prevented from scraping my under bumper if the mechanic was careful, but hes not. he even blamed me that i didnt tell him when he was backin up, like how can i even tell him when he closed the driver window when he was backin up lol. . never goin back here again. read more

Nothing but polite and friendly neighborhood service ! I was going to go to Hayward Honda, but thank the heavens I didn't! So I opted for what every broke millennial does: look up what Costco can do for my poor little Honda Civic ! And they referred me to Bo' Imports! This little gem is tucked away near the larger streets so I had to canvas a little. The technician who worked on my car was so friendly and polite; he explained to me the things my car needed after performing the routine checkup. Due to the horrendous fires recently, the filters in my poor little car worked overtime. With the transmission service filter replacement as well as oil change/filters, the price was still way less than what I would've have to paid somewhere else. (I looked up other services and the transmission service there would've cost me the grand total of what I paid here YIKES). And bonus points he align car wheels here so I'll definitely be back after my new set I just bought :) ! I was given Bo's Imports as a recommendation after I got done spending ungodly amounts of money in just BASIC repairs elsewhere. A dealership (notoriously expensive) misdiagnosed my vehicle as having to have both the radiator AND thermostat needing to be replaced after my car overheated. I was quoted close to $5k for parts and repair at my local dealership (NO THANK YOU), so a quick call to Bo's and a tow later, I found out my radiator was FINE, that Yes, I did need a water pump & thermostat replaced to resolve the overheating issue. Less than a day in the shop, and 3/4 of what I was quoted elsewhere, I'm back on the road and my car is running better than when I bought it! I'm in today for an oil change and wiper blade replacement and thought I'd give a quick review of my experience dealing with Bo's Imports. To put it in perspective, I live about 40 miles away, I have plenty of European Auto Mechanics in my area, but will HAPPILY drive to Bo's for all my vehicle needs. My 2013 toyota Corolla had a broken transmission, and bringing it into Bo's Imports saved my car as they fixed it right up, at a very reasonable price and without any hiccups, in only 5 days! Not to mention, since I havent driven the car in almost 7 montha, that they checked mt tires, oil, radiator, etc. The person who attended to me, Mohammed, was very kind and friendly, as was all the staff who interacted with me there (one mechanic went out of his way during his breaktime to help move a car out of the way so I could safely back up). I cannot thank them enough, and am extremely grateful I found this place. So many other places gave me qoutes that were way higher than what I paid at Bo's, and would often give me several conflicting answers. The pricing is very fair here, you get what you pay for and I got a warranty that puts my mind at ease. I will recommend Bo's to all of my friends and family for any of their car troubles. I was hoping for the best when I found out that Bo's Imports sold to new management because I have been going to Bo's for years... I recently went in for a simple oil change and basic inspection. After this, my car began to smell. I called immediately to let them know the issue. So, I went back again for them to fix the issue... This review is about a month late but I wanted to recognize the great service I received from Bo's imports. Although I'm really bad at names, I was there on probably a Wednesday morning and I can't remember the guys name who helped me but he was great. I had been calling around looking for someone to do a brake job on my car bc I of course had procrastinated until the very last minute to where my brakes were metal on metal and grinding. I called and although they weren't the cheapest in the area, their service made me overlook that fact. My car was in and out in the time I was looking for and he made it a point to ask me when I wanted my car ready and he had it ready before that. If I lived closer I would make these guys my regular auto shop being that Honda wants your first born child for an oil change and some of us can't afford that. Great service and everything, these guys know what they're doing and they make you feel at ease when you go there. They always do a thorough check and itemize clearly the fixes that need to be taken. Umesh even took the time to show me what was the issue with my brakes before fixing them, explaining it to me patiently. Location is close and convenient to my house. I was able to be dropped home with my house close by. I had taken my car for a non-functioning brake light. They changed a couple of light bulbs and assessed the rest of the lights at an affordable price. I had both of my tires of my Tesla go out on the 101 S the other day and in a panic, called AAA and sent it over to Bo's Imports where I directly spoke with Mohammed there. Mohammed was absolutely wonderful and quick in communicating everything with me from the damage to cost of tires + service, including suggesting that I should also directly reach out to Tesla first to see if it would cost any differently to see if it would help me save money (which it did). Along with that, he let Tesla mobile services use the area to complete the tire repairs for me!
