Today was my first time getting a 50,000 mile maintenance service on my vehicle and I am so happy I have a regular spot to go to for my car now. Service was very kind and professional. Run by a father and son. Excellent communication with a text-able phone number and a listed page of services with pricing... both of them had super calm tones in their speaking voices, which I really liked. As a new lady client, I got very good vibes and felt that they were trustworthy with a good reputation. I even learned some maintenance tips for my car. Definitely will be booking my regular car services with Mangale Motors... thank you so much John and Jeff!

I usually supply my own OEM parts for repair but decided to let Mangale order a fan clutch for my overheating F150. I asked about brands like Hayden and Four Seasons but was told they have had problems with these so I let the shop order whatever they recommended that works best. The Hayden, Four Seasons and Metrix (API) fan clutches are all under $60 on Parts Geek. My issue is I was charged $261 for a Metrix 1604-328141 Severe Duty (robbed 25hp). The same clutch is on Parts Geek for $59. That is a 444% mark up on this same part by the same manufacturer. My advice is to supply your own OEM parts. You will $ave in the long run. My second complaint is a bolt broke off on the thermostat housing while replacing the thermostat (corrosion). It happens and I get it. What I do not understand is how can extracting one bolt cost $750. I was charged 3.5 hours to remove one bolt. I feel like the problem was exaggerated to me verses buying a new manifold. I overpaid the clutch fan by $200. Then the bolt extraction should be 1-2 hours tops so I was overcharged $400 for that as well.

This was the closest shop to me, and now I know I'll never go anywhere else. The whole experience was amazing. It's literally a drive-thru service you don't even have to get out of your car! The customer service is top-notch. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do. My technician, Uriel, was incredibly kind and informative. He explained what my car needed without being pushy at all. Unlike some places I've been, I wasn't bombarded with a list of expensive services or talked down to. He simply gave me the information and let me decide, which I really appreciated. I paid about $140, which is around what I normally spend for an oil change, and I happily left a good tip because the service was that great. They also offer a free oil top-off before your next 3,000 miles, which is such a nice bonus! Highly recommend this place. They've definitely earned a loyal customer!

They did a full check on all my lights and tires. And they even checked my cabin filter. They didnt recommend any additional changes or anything with my cabin filters or claim anything was wrong w my car, which checks out since I mostly keep up with it. And that's a good sign that they're just helpful and honest. I could see the workers in the other bay laughing and being friendly with the customers and other workers. So it was just a nice vibe for a lunch break on a weekday. They also cleaned my windshield and replaced my wipers (as ordered). They even offered to help me install wipers if I got the from elsewhere

I was taken care of immediately when I showed up for my appointment and they even offered me a ride to and from my house for pick. I got text message updates throughout the process which included photos to see how they were diagnosing the issues with my vehicle. I could click through the option of services to see which ones I approved them to do and I chose to decline. I also liked they had a camera where you could watch them work on your car live. All in all, this was really and truly an Stress-Free place and I will definitely come back for more work in the future.

I brought my car in because it wasn't driving the way it normally does. They kept the vehicle for a day and contacted me the following day to recommend replacing the transmission. The estimate was approximately $9,800, which was far beyond what I expected--and, quite frankly, extremely concerning. My vehicle is not yet six years old, and I have consistently kept up with routine maintenance, including regular oil changes. Naturally, I was very disappointed to be told that I needed a replacement transmission, especially at that cost. I decided to get a second opinion from another repair shop, and I'm very glad I did. They diagnosed the issue as spark plugs and ignition coils--not a transmission problem. After replacing those components, my car is now running beautifully. I appreciate the customer service I received, but unfortunately, I cannot justify returning to a shop that would recommend a repair of nearly $10,000 when the actual issue turned out to be something significantly less expensive. I understand that diagnostics can sometimes be complicated and that different shops may reach different conclusions. However, an estimate of $9,800 is a substantial amount of money, and I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before committing to a repair of that magnitude. Thank you for your time and for the service you provided. I sincerely wish you the best, but based on this experience, I will likely may not return.

I supplied my own parts and Mechatronic quoted me a fair labor-only price, by far the best of several shops I called. One of the aftermarket mounts didn't fit properly during install. Rather than forcing it or charging extra, they were upfront about the issue and offered to install a replacement OEM part for free once I sourced it. I brought back a genuine Ford transmission mount a few days later and they installed it at no additional charge, no questions asked. Honest, straightforward, and skilled work. The car feels completely different, no more rocking or noise under acceleration. This is now my go-to shop for anything beyond what I can handle myself. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fucking unacceptable experience. I would not trust this shop with my car again…read more I brought my car here specifically because of a leak, along with other work. They waited until I was basically standing there ready to pay 1770$ to tell me they DIDN'T FIX THE LEAK. Not when they diagnosed the car. Not while they had it apart. Not early enough for me to make an informed decision about whether I wanted to continue spending money there. Right before payment. They also originally quoted me 100 for an O2 sensor - this somehow became 150! They quoted me 1770$ to, and I quote because I made it clear what I wanted, "fix everything wrong with the car). I was fine with that. On the high side, but assumed they were using top quality parts. But the part that really pissed me off was the coolant. I was charged $170 for coolant service, yet after getting my car back, I checked the coolant myself and found the level was actually LOWER than I had previously observed it. So I paid $170 for a coolant-related service, got the car back with less coolant than I remembered it having, and still had a leak issue. That makes me seriously question whether there is a coolant leak that was misdiagnosed or never properly diagnosed in the first place, and what exactly my $170 paid for. Then I plugged in my own scanner after getting the car back and found an additional diagnostic code that was NOT present before I brought the vehicle in. And this was for incorrect oil type- something that can literally destroy my entire engine. I can't prove they caused that code, so I'm not going to claim they did--but finding a new code immediately after getting my car back certainly didn't inspire confidence. I spent a substantial amount of money here expecting competent work and basic fucking communication. Instead, I got my car back with the problem I specifically brought it in for STILL unresolved, coolant lower than I had previously seen it despite being charged $170 for coolant service, and an additional code showing up afterward. And yes, I contacted them directly before posting this. I gave them the opportunity to address this. If you can't fix something, SAY THAT BEFORE THE CUSTOMER IS STANDING AT THE COUNTER ABOUT TO PAY. Then to try and quote me 2500 dollars just for labor for a small leak. If you're charging $170 for coolant service, I shouldn't get my fucking car back and find the coolant lower than it was before. Worst part is, after reaching out to other mechanics, they gouged me on price relentlessly. I'm actually a mechanic myself, but was looking to get expert work done on a new purchase I really care about.I genuinely regret bringing my car here. Based on my experience, take your money and your vehicle somewhere else. Edit - The only resolution they offered was a free "diagnostic" which at the end of this situation was ridiculous. Why would I want to take my car back to you after this? And what do you mean "diagnostic?" I took my car in so you would check it. Absolutely insane.
