    Blueberry and Egg (boooooo)

Reeaaalllyyy slow! Either order ahead or be prepared to wait 25+ min for your bagel. Was craving an egg bagel since absolute closed, so tried this spot. Was terrible, dense and drier than a desert- do not get it! I was so sad I nearly shed a tear. Did get to try some other stuff- the 3CBO bagel is delish. Zatar bagel is unique as well. My sister was a fan of the blueberry. Wouldn't come back though.

We had high expectations for this place but was a little disappointed . The bagels were not bad but liberty bagels for example are much better The zaatar bagel had a very weak scent of zaatar - no distinct flavour at all. The Sushi bagel was better - the bagel had a nice wasabi flavour to it , although at 16$ it's a little expensive for what you get But the biggest issue is the smell - the place smelled like sewage . Could hardly stay inside . Disgusting odour, and considering they sell food there it was very inappropriate With so many other good places we will likely not come back

    Salmon with scallion cream cheese

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese for my husband and it was good but we were just expecting it to be a little more filling. The bagels were on the small side. I had the salmon with scallion cream cheese and it was good too. The iced coffee was ok too but nothing special. They had a nice menu selection and maybe going basic was my mistake. I'll definitely give this place another try.

Horrible Egg Bagels. Other bagels are good. I have been searching for a go-to bagel shop since Absolute (my favorite place ever) closed. I was in love with their egg bagels, but Bo's egg bagel is a disappointment. It was way too bready, dry, and tasted like a plain bagel. I miss the sweetness and almost creamy flavor of Absolute's egg bagel. I also tried the Za'atar, 3CBO, and blueberry bagels. These were all much better and more moist. The exterior of these bagels is definitely more crust-like and harder than Absolute's. I liked the blueberry bagel a lot. Reminded me faintly of sourdough and it had the right amount of sweetness. Toffuti is solid. I also enjoyed the Za'atar and 3CBO bagels- definitely on the breadier side. Lox spread was also fine, but they messed up my order. For whatever reason they rang up five 4oz containers of lox spread which I had to come back to return. The cashier was very kind and fixed the mistake and let me keep the lox spreads. The wasabi cream cheese definitely has a kick. It basically just tastes like wasabi (less spicy, but still quite hot nonetheless). The ginger is not integrated throughout-- there are little chunks. Overall, I would maybe return, just not for their egg bagels. I am intrigued by their bagel-dog. I do appreciate their wide selection of bagel flavors.

Be prepared to wait! But the bagels are fun and delicious. It was the perfect morning stop followed by relaxing in a near by park. It's popular for a reason!

BO's Bagels (from left to right - delicious Za'atar, Egg, yummy Black Russian) and totally awesome Bialys

BO's became my local bialy and bagel place when I moved to the neighborhood during the pandemic. Having been literally weaned on bialys and savory bagels since Kossar's on Grand Street was my grandparents' LES neighborhood bagel place, enjoyed most of BO's selection - that includes their twists on classics. Three drawbacks about BO's - 1) given they close in the early afternoon, they run out of certain items (like bialys) quite early; 2) all prices have crept up during my relatively short time living in the neighborhood, especially on the sandwiches; and 3) not that fond of their Egg bagel (otherwise a favorite variety of mine to be enjoyed toasted with butter) since it lacks the tenderness and "sweeter" dough I find on more traditional egg ones. With all that in mind, BO's bialys are definitely winners, decorated with an ample level of juicy onions enhanced with black sesame! Worth a try - their Black Russian bagels, a dark variety with notes of onion coated with sesame, Za'atar spiced, and 3CBO (a cheesy variety). While I'm typically not a fan of any sweet bagels, the Pumpernickel Cranberry works for me in certain applications (i.e., toasted with butter) due to its darkness complementing the mild cranberry. This week, my niece in town from LA came over for breakfast. While I get my Whitefish regularly in the 2 lb. tub from the club store, her longing for bialys required that I order in advance for early morning pick-up from BO's to ensure her uncle delivered. Had also made a special request that, if possible, could I get them before their 8:30 pickup start. (Note - They open at 8.) Added to that order a few Black Russian, Za'atar, and Egg. BO's had it ready when I arrive! (Big thanks!) And BO's bialys made our breakfast! (Note - She also complemented their Za'atar, which is really astounding with smoked fish like sable.) Would recommend picking up at BO's for their savory bagels, but especially their bialys!

I had reasonably high expectations for Bo's, especially after hearing they opened a location in Ann Arbor, but I left feeling like even those high expectations were an underestimation. We went to Bo's on a Sunday morning and there was hardly any line or wait to speak of, which was a welcome discovery. I got a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel with jalapeño cream cheese and a cold brew. It's not particularly hard to make a good BEC, but Bo's undoubtedly went a step beyond. The everything bagel was heavily seasoned and packed with flavor, and the exterior-crunch-to-interior-softness ratio was impressive even for NYC. The contents were noteworthy, too: the egg was rich, the bacon was thick, and the jalapeño cream cheese had just the right amount of kick without being overpowering. The cold brew was a perfectly solid addition, too. Props to Bo's for standing out, even in as competitive a bagel market as New York is. Looking forward to returning!

This place is a ridiculous joke. 30$ for 2 BEC (there is literally one slice of bacon that you can barely taste) and cream cheese bagel that looks it's on ozempic. Last time lox cost me 20$. Since when Harlem become so expensive and I don't even mind to pay it when the food tastes good. But bagels taste like cardboard and overall not worth it at all Never again

I get very excited to get LI/NYC bagels whenever I'm in town and these bagels did not disappoint. The bagels were fluffy (just the way they should be) and the bacon and eggs were fresh and full of flavor. I ordered cream cheese on mine and they were very generous with the serving. My biggest critique was the wait time... I waited about 40 minutes for our two sandwiches which was brutal. The staff was working super super hard but I think having both online orders and a busy restaurant caused a lot of back up. I would definitely suggest this place for the taste but be ready for how busy it gets weekend mornings.

Everything bagel with scallion cream cheese

Bo's Bagels had a unique bagel to me. It was on the bready side. Upon opening it up I realized the structure of the dough with the air pockets similar to what a foccacia bread would look like. And it almost ate similar to that texture as well. The bagel itself had a really great crisp on the outside while being fluffy in the middle. I wish the everything seasoning had a little more salt to it because while it had great coverage, it was lacking salt. The cream cheese was good quality, what felt like to me as a run of the mill scallion cream cheese. Close your eyes and think of it, and that's what it was. I do wish they spread it out a little bit because it felt like a block in the center of the bagel, but who cares I spread it out myself so no issue. Overall if you are in the area a good place to stop by to for your bagel cravings!

Tasty bagels! I had no issues with service although the cashier thought the $1 coin I handed her was a quarter, which was weird.

    3 Cheese bagel

Had the three cheese bagel slightly toasted with lox cream cheese spread at Bo Bagels - really solid choice! The bagel was excellent quality, though a bit dense (which you'd expect with all that cheese). What I appreciated most was the perfectly balanced lox spread. So many places go overboard with the lox and capers, but this hit the sweet spot - flavorful without being overwhelming. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a well-executed classic combo!
