I reached out to Lever Law and Jill Kim responded quickly. She quoted me a very reasonable price compared to other attorneys. I was in desperate need of counsel.. my debt was growing and I was under so much worry and stress. Although, this office was not my first choice, it was indeed the BEST choice. I was in financial stress, the pandemic, as we all know caused much hurt, pain, loss for many of us...Business dealings are different.. social distancing, masks, etc... I never saw my attorney and it's not like I was told I could not see him, it just happened this way...so yes one would have apprehensions and have a valid concern about entrusting a stranger with personal info and money! But because things were different I took a leap of faith!!!!! He gave me a sense of calm and I felt like I could trust him. Mr. Kohan kept in contact with me and walked me through everything I needed to know... very transparent....We made contact via text, phone or email.. I was never out of the loop. The process was very smooth. I was informed of everything needed to complete my filing. I felt a great sense of honesty coming from my attorney, and I really felt at ease. John was with me during the teleconference on the day of my hearing, he contacted me before and after my hearing. He was confident and informative.. I felt at ease about my day in court. Audrey who works in the office and was amazing, she called me and advised me of what would happen next and assured me that she would contact me once my discharge was granted. She was professional, kind and made me feel comfortable. Everything they said they would do was done. It was done with professionalism and kindness. I am so pleased with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone. I am stress free, I have control over my finances again. Truly grateful for my life back!! I'd especially like to thank Cathy for that. You really helped me through some rough patches when I felt on edge. Also, Joe has such a calm, chill, and straightforward personality. If he thinks you should go one way, he really has a reason behind why. For example, there was a hard decision for me to make at the end, and Joe was very understanding of how difficult it was, but he did recommend otherwise. I didn't agree with it then, but even my family thought his recommendation was the best. So, in the end, I decided to go ahead with it, and only now have I realized the clarity and mental freedom that decision gave me. So grateful I followed his advice that day. I can just focus on myself now. Nubia is also a superstar and super approachable. Truly a great team. Of course, I had my frustrations with communication at times, but they are very cost effective, so they have a lot of clients they are busy with. This is your team if you're looking to fight a narcissist. Thank you again, Pittera family. Truly grateful you had my back.

During the case my car got included anyway (understandable as this happens with many going through bankruptcy).
