I had a very long (35cm) zipper replaced in a favourite overcoat / jacket. It was a difficult task, complicated by the position of studs along the edge adjacent to the zipper. They had a selection of zips from which to select so I was able to select a particularly robust model that matched well. The seamstress did a terrific job at a very reasonable price. The result is far superior to the original zip that she replaced. She is a very capable lady and I am pleased to have found such a handy resource in my area. Been here about 6 times to have pants / jeans altered or repaired. The lady does a really good job but I find her English to be a bit lacking, so before she gives you your ticket make sure she is clear with what you want done. Having said that, she has always done exactly what I wanted and I've been very happy. My pants have usually taken about three days. I have always been happy with the price. read more
