I used their laundry/dry cleaner to get my suit dried for a very important job interview. I turned…read moreup to pick up my suit the day before the interview and the dry cleaning was shut. I called Ross who was rude, and very unhelpful saying that he wouldn't come in and open (even though it should be open until 17:30 and this was 16:00) I've now had to go and buy a new suit and shirt. Disgraceful behavour and very unhelpful. Stay well away from scum like this.
