    Patron Bottles, yum!

Stayed at Borgata for my Birthday weekend August 3-5th. Enjoyed the pool for the 3 days. Booked a daybed for the first day. Enjoyed the comfyness and being steps from the water, especially since i was recovering from ankle surgery. It was a very busy Saturday but the vibe was all good! The dj playing some good music, nothing obnoxious and the service was very good. Nuna I think was her name was very attentive and sweet. Although for the price of a daybed ($300 for each day for the weekend) is a bit pricey and should include as it did in the past some Evian facial spritzer, and some water bottles. Nuna was nice enough to give us a bottle of Panama Jack suntan spray. We ordered some food and everything was delicious and decently priced. Delicious, chunky shrimp cocktail, chicken Caesar salad and a lobster roll. Some yummy coconut mojitos and some Prosecco as well. I did receive a complimentary glass of Prosecco since it was my actual birthday which was a nice touch. Our second day at the pool was more laid back because weather wasn't great at first and there were some raindrops but didn't deter us from leaving and since my other friends were arriving. Amarynthion (most likely I spelled it incorrectly) was our server on Sunday and she was also very attentive and catering to our group of 5. The band with a female lead performed on Sunday the 4th and she was amazing!! Sooo talented! We all thoroughly enjoyed all the songs she performed. Our last day at the pool Samantha was our cocktail server and once again she delivered as well as the other young ladies. All these young ladies work very hard and you have to hand it to them, in the heat and with soooo many ppl asking for food and drinks, I didn't see any of them loose their cool. Kudos to these young ladies! The pool is super crowded with beach chairs lined up like sardines and the pool packed as well but so much fun. Daybeds and cabanas can be rented and quite pricey for the weekend, better priced during the week. The manager Ben was very accommodating since I didn't use the daybed on day 2 because of the iffy weather. Borgata does a good job of trying to keep the pool area clean. Yes the pool water gets a bit murky but that's what happens when it's sooo crowded. I did get upset because my brand new bathing suit got ruined by the ultra chlorinated pool. Wore it once. Waiting to hear what they say since I sent them an email about it. Overall love going to Borgata Hotel and Pool. Always classy and fun

    Fun in the borgata sun!

This adult only outdoor pool is what Atlantic City needed for a while. Currently it's classy, and not your typical chaotic girls gone wild sloppapotumus scene with the DJ pumping crazy beats haha. If you're looking for a chill time with a nice crowd then this place is worth the visit. They have free lounge chairs, but the daybeds and cabanas are not. The fee quoted to me could change, and it does not go towards your food and beverage costs. My guess is you can haggle them down under the right circumstances. The staff is super friendly, and always there for you to take your orders. This makes it even nicer to relax and enjoy your time in the sun. Another good thing about this is the outdoor Biergarten attached to it with games, and a stage for live bands. Plenty of space so you won't feel overcrowded, and squished so you can fist pump freely. If you do not have a room at the borgata or your name under the reservation for a room then the fee is $50 to enter. I know that it's a high fee, but I believe they are trying to keep the riff raff's out. FYI: The Biergarten is not part of the pool (it's attached), and it's free to walk into.

I love this place . It's a calm and relaxing vibe with just enough entertainment . There's usually a DJ or sometimes even live entertainment . The service is good and so is the food. The crowd is a mix depending on when you go. Would definitely recommend checking it out

I celebrated my partners Birthday by purchasing a day bed by the pool. Thank god we did because there is a waitlist for the pool. So that was a plus we received a moisture must and sunblock with the bed. The service was ok Rachel was very busy even during quarantine and limited capacity and seemed to cater more to bigger parties. I ordered the tacos they sucked badly but the nachos were so good.

Pool is nice service great BUT thank god these "green flies". They need to spray the area. Renting poolside bed ordering buckets of drinks and food..... should not include my guests being attacked and bitten by flies....... The need to Invest in an insect fogger to something. It's inexpensive to get done and I raven get it done. In my home for Pennie's. Too much money spent to be dealing with this problem on a mini vacay

You can only enter the pool if you're staying at Borgata or Water Club

I can't believe it's taken Borgata 13 years to add an outdoor pool to the list of their fantastic amenities, but it is a very welcome, awesome new addition. You can only access the pool if your are staying at either Borgata or Water Club and it is 21 and over only. Don't even try it if you're not a guest or of age. They not only card you and ask your room number at the desk when you check in, but there are two security guards as you enter. I personally love this exclusivity. It not only makes you feel kind of special, but makes you feel safe. There's a waiting list for chairs if you arrive later in the day, but Adirondacks in the back are readily available for those waiting or those who don't even care to wait. They're really a fine non- poolside, shady option. It took about 40 minutes for us to be notified via text message that our chairs were ready. You can purchase a cabana towards the back of the pools as well as a round daybed around the perimeter of the pool for $125. I'm not sure if you can use your comp dollars for this or not. Umbrellas installed as requested. There is no walk up bar by the pool but cocktail waiters and waitresses are constantly around to keep your cold drinks flowing and your tab running. The margaritas on the rocks were pretty good and very strong as were the Borgata lemonade and Pineapple Express. I would recommend all of these three choices. Sure they're a tad pricier, but with how relaxed you'll be, you won't care. There is also no snack bar to just grab food at, but a simple menu which is passed around if you ask. Hubs and I split a veggie hoagie which was actually pretty tasty and just $9. It had crisp veggies such as asparagus and meaty portobello. Towels are complimentary upon check in. They also had sunglasses and sunscreen available for purchase. I didn't see lockers, but we didn't have a worry at all about our belongings. The pool is clean and the temperature was perfection. There are concrete benches all around the inside which were just fantastic for kicking back, drink in hand, catching rays. There are also small waterfalls on the walls of the pool for cooling off. I loved the palm trees and the Astro turf surprisingly! They added the perfect touch. The sun setting and reflecting off Water Club was also pretty sweet. We had a wonderful, extremely relaxing time at the new pool and look forward to many, many future visits. 4.5 stars

Tucked the straps into the suit before going in the pool... They used to be the same color.

We continue (might be past tense after this visit as we think it's time to try Borgota if we ever…read morereturn to AC) to stay at the golden nugget mainly because of the location (we don't do the boardwalk) and this pool. This was my first trip back to AC since 2019 and this pool has seen better days. Our 3 days visiting were a mixed bag. The best server at the pool is Brenna, a sweetheart who sincerely loves her job. Otherwise it's loads of young kids (and even one older bartender on Tuesday that was rude and genuinely could give 0 you know what's) "working" (on their phones, huddled in the towel cabana). The best deal is the bucket of beers or hard seltzer, and the pita and vegetarian dip appetizer (our favorite). The ground on Monday morning was sticky and dirty and the water needed to be skimmed. However the strict no children after 2 pm rule was a god send (can we stop bringing children to AC?) and security is on it. This place is torn between no one caring about it and security upholding rules.

July 20th 2026 Don't join this pool ! !!!!!…read more We went to the Galloway pool and paid $15 per guest to swim, but the pool was extremely overcrowded because there were two summer camps there at the same time. It was so crowded that even members were commenting on it. If the pool is going to host multiple camps throughout the summer, members should have been notified before purchasing a seasonal membership. Those who paid around $600 deserve to know that the pool would be shared with large camp groups on weekdays all summer. At the very least, this information should have been made public so members could make an informed decision before signing up. It would also help to schedule the camps before the pool opens to the public or during less busy hours. There is currently no adult swim time, and the pool is often filled with camp children five days a week, making it difficult for members and paying guests to enjoy the facilities they paid for. When we spoke to the owner about how overcrowded the pool was, her response was, "What do you want me to do?" We politely asked if our guests, who each paid $15, could be given a pass to come back on a less crowded day since the pool was so full of camp groups. She refused and simply said, "Share the pool." We were disappointed by both the response and the lack of willingness to offer any accommodation, especially given the circumstances. We weren't asking for our money back. We were simply asking for a pass to come back another day since the pool was overcrowded. There were so many kids and only about two counselors supervising. As an adult, I honestly didn't even want to get in the pool because there was no space and no chance to actually relax. Like I said, there was no adult time or opportunity to enjoy the pool the way we expected.
