He took out my old unit (suggested that I dust the area before installing the new...), installed my new one (after the aforementioned dusting was approved...), and charged me such a RIDICULOUSLY low amount that I'd ave sworn he was joking--I'M NOT KIDDING!! This is ABSOLUTELY the person YOU want to call--NO BS and consummate professionalism!!

I blew the circuit again just before he arrived the next day. he stated that it was a bad breaker. This was a lie. He just split the line. Hired different company to fix the problem. Which the did by running a new line for the refrigerator. Mike repeatedly did not show up when he said he would. Found out that this was due to him trying to do other jobs in the middle of mine. In my opinion, Mike kept finding "make work" projects that were unnecessary, just to charge me more money. I fired him.

We brought them in for a quote on replacing the knob and tube as well as installing new switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures. Not only did the quote come in at a reasonable price, but the job was truly well done. The attention to detail in all of the new installations is obvious, and their knowledgeable suggestions helped us make informed decisions about where to place things. We made changes to our requests several times during the job, and each change was met with confidence and implemented quickly. I really couldn't be happier with the work.

I called the electrician that installed my backup generator, and he never called back. My number two electrician made an appointment to do the work and then never showed. After a week of stepping over the cable, I happened to be walking the dog and saw a Delta truck down the block. When I got home, I called the office, even though they had already left, the crew was turned around. The guys were friendly, and while they were here, I discovered a few other tasks to be completed. The electrician worked on them, while his assistant went back to the shop for parts. Repairing the well took some MacGyvering, a big trench and boring through my well pit. It turned out to be the entire day's worth of work. As things were completing, my neighbor stopped by and said that the garage door guys that were at his house could not connect the new opener because of electrical code problems. Even though is was after 4:00 on a Friday, they crew went over and corrected his problem as well. Delta is very responsive, the crews friendly and I'm happy to say that my job cost about half of what I thought it would. They are my new number one!

The following day came and went without Rich. Two weeks have passed and I haven't heard a word from them. Evidently they have no interest in the job which is fine, there are others who are, if that was what they had told me to begin with. But instead I sit home all afternoon waiting for Rich. Right now I wouldn't hire them to change a light bulb.

They tore out the drywall to install the furnace and AC and had a shitfit that they had to cover up the holes they were going to leave behind. All they did was tape it up with siding tape which is falling off leving gaps to the crawl space. Contacted them about holding up the warranty on their install (water leaking everywhere from A-coil not poistioned properly) and they came up with every lame excuse thinking i was some idiot without a engineerging degree. They double dip the fees. Charged us $2,600 in junk fees for items that come with the furnance and air. (6ft. of Plastic drain hose, line set, pad,, electrical disconnets) most of which were not changed out from the original or come with the unit, and then charged $2,100 for a water pump for the ac line that you can buy on Amazon for $65.00. And then,, they charged the home warranty company,. RUN AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS. A lein to this company is in the works

We put in a request through our home warranty to put ceiling fans in, was told to our faces we needed to tell the warranty company they did the work so they could get the funds for the fans (our mistake for doing so). Then proceeded to not hear back or get anything done for over half a year. Eventually went and asked for the fans to do the work ourselves or with someone else, and found out they got much cheaper fans than they were supposed to. We wanted so much to give the benefit of the doubt (only having one tech available is difficult I'm sure), but even with a whole crew of techs that wouldn't fix the lack of communication and the downright shady business practices. Horribly discouraged customer.
