Raymond and Tina are great instructors and great people too. They have been training and coaching people in the use of firearms for years and it shows. Their training environment immediately made me feel welcome and safe. The course material was clearly laid out and all of my questions were answered. The shooting portion of the class was done in their INDOOR range. Great!!! Safety was constantly emphasized. They teach all 16 hours of Illinois' required Concealed Carry training. They also teach basic pistol and rifle classes and defensive firearms classes as well. I Highly recommended all of their services to anyone looking to fulfill their concealed carry training as well as anyone looking to learn about firearms and the shooting sports.

Anyway today at the range this place was DIRTY! Target stands destroyed and paper targets all over the place. Anyway the reason I'm making a review today is because of some unfair nonsense. When I came to the range this morning, I was told I have 8 minutes until the next cease-fire. I can put up targets then, that is completely understandable and fair to the people already on the range. But later they called a cease-fire that lasted over 25 minutes because he was getting around 8 people on the range. Not only he took his sweet time doing that. He personally came out to repair the broken target stands and help them hang targets. Not sure why these people got this white glove treatment while a whole range had to wait.
