The ground floor has health and beauty products ranging from sanitary products to bubble bath to make-up. Pretty much all mainstream brands are in here and Boots own-brand products are often exactly the same as more expensive equivalent brands, but half the price. They do a small range of food and drink for snacks and lunchtime, which tries to be healthy, but is just the same as you can get in most high street shops that are trying to diversify into lunches. Keep an eye out for lunch deals where you can get a sandwich, snack and drink combo deal for a good price.

The largest of teh Tesco stores in Aylesbury, has a good range of clothing, footwear as well as electrical items (tvs etc). It also has a pharmacy at the back of the store. I usuallu use the smaller Tescos on the other side of town and do find this one rather large and tiring to go around but it does make a change once in a while. There are alot of tills and we have never had to queue too long when going there, it has a huge car park and a petrol station.

When asked about their complaints procedures I was told I could come back in 3 days where I could complain to their pharmacist. The app will still allow me to book a vaccinatio at this location. In fact that is probably the biggest attraction of this store, it always seems to have a great selection of bargains! Whenever there is a 'sale' or 'clear out' this store seems to have decent stock at ridiculously low prices! Have a rummage through the wire baskets and you are sure to find a bargain if only several pairs of socks to see you through the year! Staff are not particularly interested in customers except to process them quickly through the till and get onto the next customer, so good if you're shopping in a hurry.

I live in Richmond and you may have noticed that I have started reviewing places in Richmond and realize they follow an unfortunate Richmond-esque trend; posh and pretentious. No associate will greet you once you step in; they are too busy chit-chatting amongst themselves about weekend plans. If you ask for help, they put in little to no effort in assisting you. The only saving point about this branch is the staff in pharmacy upstairs are more helpful and down to earth. I have seen associates ignore the phones when they ring and continue their work gossip with each other - wow. The Boots in Twickenham and Teddington may be smaller branches but the staff are much more helpful and welcoming.
