The worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Their…read moreonline shop is a scam. There was no update at all for nearly 10 days after I placed my order, so I emailed them to check the status. It then took several days to receive a reply. The person who responded, Asheesh Sharma, insisted that the order had been dispatched, but said it could "overshoot" or get lost. The company does not seem to track whether orders are actually delivered or not. No one answers their phone, either. This is a very dodgy company. They have taken my money and are now ignoring my emails. If this isn't a scam, then what is? AVOID

A good selection of products including plenty of healthy snacks (bars, dried fruit, nuts and…read morechocolate), refridgerated items, frozen items, cereals and pulses. There are also many gluten-free and sugar-free products for special diets. They are pretty pricey (a little more expensive than some other health food shops for some items) but they stock many things that I am unable to purchase elsewhere (eg nutritional yeast flakes). They do not often reduce items, which is a shame and it would be great if they offered a loyalty card but these are my only complaints!

I've often shopped at Victoria Health, mostly for the convenience factor as I used live near here…read more The staff has always been helpful and when I bought my fish oil and yogurt pills (soothes the stomach) I was told the good qualities of each variety before I decided. This shop stocks a decent range of health food products including some oriental speciality products like dried seaweed. There is also a small range of books about how to manage your psychological problems with nutrition. I say manage your psychological problems by stopping labelling yourself, having a 1/2 pint and knowing when is a good time to call it day and get some sleep. Victoria Health is not bad shop but a bit overpriced.
