Came here to help a mate find some mouthwash. It seems that every chain store was fallen apart The cost of items here is high, and oftentimes labeled wrong. Bought a cold reliever for €7.35 when the price tag on the self said €5.99; didn't complain as it was only a few cents. The prices overall high and not worth the price. The selection here was pretty bare, with no signs of restock once the product had run out. Whole shelves were bare. The service here was very subpar. All the staff seemed stressed, and the till operator was very rude and loud. I understand the stress of working the holidays, but the rudeness was uncalled for. Went in to this boots a few days ago looking for thrush cream as my Fanny has been irritating me and has been smelling fishy lately. Kind enough lady escorted me to their cream section and helped me pick out their best one. Tried it when I got home.. only made things worse.. my Fanny went raw red and smelt like sardines. The irritation I felt that night was excruciating. Went in the next day and told the lady my story.. she laughed in my face and proceeded to call me under her breath, "Fishy Fanny" and "Fish Pie" I've never been so humiliated ran out. Still dealing with this problem present day. If anyone has any suggestions, please help! read more

Joke of an organisation. Items missing from orders, Items included in orders that were not purchased. Customer service email providing phone numbers that are out of services. customer service team refusing to deal with order issues because the name on on an email signature dies not match the name on an order even though the email address that the issue is coming from is the email address registered with the account. then when you complete the online complaints and it asks for detail which you provide you get an automated email asking for the same information over and over and over again. I'm convinced its done so you have lost the will to live with them and just give up because having your eyes poked out with rusty spoons would be more pleasant than dealing with Boots Ireland read more

To me Boots is certainly an intriguing pharmacy, as I always seem to leave with more than I intended to buy, combined with the overwhelming feeling that I saved a bundle in doing so. Being a chain store, the stock in most Boots shops is roughly the same and they carry quality high street style cosmetics brands, plus the Boots own brand is decent quality. This branch is not designed in the most user friendly layout: tight aisles + full shelves + throngs of shopping bag laden customers = items (literally) flying off the shelves. But they have all the usual items if you can brave a bit of argy bargy in the aisles (which adds to the purchasing thrill for hardened shopaholics I am sure). At Christmas Boots really comes into it's own with innovative gifts and offers. Many's a quality Christmas gift has been exchanged between friends and family as a direct consequence of the Boots 3 for 2 offers. The advantage cards are good value and you can rack up the points quickly if you stay Boots loyal. And lets not forget Boots function as an actual prescription filling chemist shop. I have found the wait isn't too long in this branch and the staff are always helpful, despite being very busy. Just remember that you're on Grafton Street so avoid the place at peak times - it tends to be manic. read more

The aisles are far too narrow as a result of Boots trying to stock EVERYTHING in a space not big enough to. But I found myself here on this occasion, so I skipped through the crowds and found the pharmacist to be extremely helpful with my query. A star for her. But in general Boots is expensive, so I avoid when I can. But this was my experience after todays visit. read more

Love this store! Jam packed & always so crowded. The one in Dundrum is much larger & more variety. But this one is handy.

Despite being a giant multinational chain, I really like Boots. The shops are like cosmetic supermarkets, stocked with every low-mid range make-up brand, haircare product, and skincare product imaginable. The stores are also great places to pick up emergency supplies of lady-products, painkillers and lemsips, and as I did my Undergrad in TCD around the corner, the shop on Grafton Street has saved the day a few times for me in this respect. Despite this, I really despise coming hereto this branch. It must be one of the smallest Boots stores in the world, and the layout of the shelves does nothing to lend a more spacious feel. Even when the shop is relatively empty (which is very rare) you are still forced to push and shove past other customers, whilst trying not to knock over a shelfload of teetering bottles. Save your patience - if time permits, head to the much larger Boots in the Stephen's Green Shopping Centre. read more

I love Boots, and this one in particular (if only because it's the one I know best!). It's got super-cheap everything, and their brand-name products are actually fairly good, and smell divine (coconut shampoo and conditioner especially..smells good enough to eat!). They have pretty much everything you need to keep yourself looking good and staying healthy. They've a pharmacy down the back, and the staff are always helpful. For some reason, considering its location, this Boots also doesn't tend to get crazy busy (except around Christmas when everyone panics and gets impersonal, yet perfectly functional, gifts), which means you can pop in and get whatever you need with minimum hassle. Oh, and their Boots card? Best thing ever - basically they give you stuff for free!! read more

The layout of this shop is a claustrophobic nightmare. Always feels horribly crowded. My heart goes out to those working there. I can't imagine much can be done with it. Customers should go to Stephens green boots instead. read more

When you need to restock the bathroom ye can't beat boots with their special offers and good value loyalty card programme but low rating on this boots because as an express boots out in one of the suburbs it would do just fine however for one of the busiest shopping streets in Dublin this tiny place really doesn't cut it! Due to its size the variety of products is not great and what is there is squeezed into the tiniest space. The isles are so small it really is a battle to get from one end to another, plus as a shopper you can't properly browse what's on the shelf cause you have to constantly shuffle to let others past, I really come here as a last resort. I know retail space is at a premium on Grafton Street but my god, if they had a bigger store it would pay for itself 10fold! read more

Before you even step foot inside the Boots located on Dublin's famed Grafton Street you are rather enamored by the old fashioned timber exterior. Elegant oak borders the door and windows. This unique and more tasteful exterior works to emphasize this Boots' more exclusive location. However once you get inside nothing differs from the same old conditions found in every other Boots in town, if anything the often hectic disposition that Grafton Street emits and henceforth larger customer base the store reaps means that the shop floor can become so congested it is impossible to go about your shopping experience with any form of orderliness or pleasure. The aisles are often so busy that it prevents you from seeing what is available on the shelves and when you glimpse something you want it takes ages to finally get up close and inspect it. When it's been as heaving as this I have often felt guilty for lingering in one place too long trying to find what I need or looking to see if the product I am looking over is suitable for my ultimate requirements. This feeling of being perpetually rushed is one I truly loathe. Not only do I despise this unnecessarily feeling of abiding pressure to quicken what I'm doing but also when it potentially jeopardizes trying to buy something that I really need I can't express my annoyance enough. Anytime I have set foot in this Boots I haven't been in a rush myself but I immediately feel like my time in there will have to be hasty in order to correspond with the overall rushed disposition that the place exudes. As well as this it always feels that the place is never big enough to accommodate how many people are in there and hence as soon as you step in you can't wait to get out so as to not be an added burden on top of the existing exasperating overcrowding. I resent having to purchase essential toiletries within such jammed conditions and hence try as much as I can to venture to the much less congested Boots within St. Stephen's Green shopping centre where I can inspect the shelves and mull over the goods on offer in a milieu thankfully deficient in any pressure nor hastiness. read more

If I could leave a zero I would. I was treated terribly by the pharmacy. I have epilepsy and went to get my prescription filled only to find out they didn't have it after I left a 6 month script in the previous month. They lost it and didn't register it in the system. Tried to say they gave it to me, they didn't. I kept ever single piece of paper from the previous visit and there was no prescription and if they had I would've told them to keep it on file. They wouldn't own up to it and wouldn't do anything to help me. They were basically willing to leave someone with a serious medical condition without medication and on top of that the girl that served me looked very proud to be doing so. I'm will never go back and will take my business elsewhere. read more

Boots is a great chemist selling health and beauty products. You get all that you want in boots from cosmetics, medicine, baby products, bath products and much more. They also have a good perfume range with fantastic offers during seasonal holidays. I have a boots advantage card so I benefit from the best offers instore, if you collect points in your advantage card you can pay for items with it, which is great for you ladies out there! The staff are very nice and offer great advice on products if you require it. The store is spacious and bright, you can get around in the store very easily. It can get busy in the weekends so the best time to shop is during the week. Overall it is a great shop and their cosmetic range is by far the best in dublin! read more
