Charles and Braelyn jumped right in with a smile and handled everything with total professionalism and an amazing attitude. The store itself is spotless and fully stocked with every packing supply imaginable--seriously, it's like the holy grail of shipping gear. I've never felt more welcomed or taken care of at a shipping center. They turned what should have been a stressful task into a total breeze. Well the key to get my package didn't even work, (it's done this before but I eventually got it to work), and the key actually broke off in the keyhole. Well I called, and they're going to change the locks, but he said not till tomorrow even though I stressed that I really needed what was in there (HEART MEDICATION). He said "the maintenance guy can do it but I could also do it", but didn't want to take the time out of his day apparently, considering they will be closing in an hour. I just hope my HEART is okay.
