Just had my first session today! Look up health benefits- you'll be amazed! Here's some skin health benefits- Improve wound healing. Reduce stretch marks. Reduce wrinkles, fine lines and age spots. Improves skin texture. Improves psoriasis, rosacea and eczema. Improves scars. Improves sun-damaged skin. Improves hair growth in people with androgenic alopecia. Improves acne and heals acne scars. *I have friends who've all praised these benefits first hand. All of the above isn't including what it does on cellular the level. Strengthens mitochondria and gives cells a workout. This is all proven by science. No crazy claims. Of course one of the popular benefits is weight loss! But I'm in it for skin health so that's what I'm touching on in my review. Most places in the area if they offer red light therapy- it's the "spot treatment" with the wrap style treatment. This is FULL body treatment! I don't believe there is another place in Reno (that I've searched for) that offers this! It's incredible for your health!

I started adding sea salt to my protein powder mix. Later I added other electrolytes and I switched to mostly drink alkaline water instead of tea or sodas. A lot of my aches and pains went away. I started yoga in 1969 doing football. I dropped doing it until about 1993. I have kept it up since then. In my retirement I am grateful that some days I can get in 3-4 classes a day. I was rear ended on my way to class this summer. My car is out of the shop after taking 50 days to be repaired. My body has had a few other previous car wreck injuries that got aggravated in the recent whiplash. A couple of my previous chiropractors had moved away or retired. I found Dr Brittni and LifeForceNV on Yelp by looking for a nearby location that had great reviews. She also is married to a vet who also is in law enforcement. She gives discounts to both. Her massage therapist, @gingerroottherapy is also a combat 82d Airborne vet that was stationed at Ft Bragg NC. Both have helped to heal me back to normal with things like #cupping, represented by the octopus hologram for the suction cups. I use supplements from Amazon and Dr Brittni sells me one ... TraceElements 40,000 Volts that has Boron in it. It also has liquid magnesium in it that helps to move me.

Coming from a family of nurses, I had very little knowledge of Eastern medicine. After chatting…read morewith a friend about some of my aches, pains, and health issues, she encouraged me to try it out and recommended Dr. Jones. When I arrived, Dr. Jones greeted me in the lobby area with a big, warm smile. She took some time to ask me questions about my health while making me feel comfortable. I didn't really know what to expect during acupuncture, but I loved the experience. The needles were not as intimidating as I thought they would be and after a couple for appointments, I have really felt a difference both mind and body. Like many people, I carry stress in my upper back, neck and shoulders. Dr. Jones asked if I would be interested in cupping to help relieve the tension and support more blood flow to those areas. I was intrigued, especially since I remembered many of the Olympic swimmers using this form of recovery. Through suction, the skin is drawn into the cup by creating a vacuum using heat. The cup is then placed on the skin over the targeted area. You do feel a little tug from the suction, but it's not painful. When the cups are pulled off it makes a little popping noise and it feels oddly satisfying. I immediately felt a difference in my shoulders and upper back. My back looked funny with all the circular, red marks, but they went away within a week. If you've ever wanted to try cupping, do it. It's amazing! Dr. Jones definitely knows her stuff and is truly about patient care. She's professional, yet makes you feel like you are a friend. I would highly recommend her!

If getting adjusted makes you nervous, if you need a gentle approach, you will love this. You can truly relax and then the adjustments are eased into, and never forced. Through functional nutrition, Dr. Vicky has helped me adjust to the new climate here by addressing allergies and skin issues. For the first time in years, my immune system is greatly improved.
