I explained I made an appointment. The receptionist said you have to wait while they work on regulars first, then drop-ins. So I waited over an hour for my "appointment "and was annoyed. The clinic was clean, and there were 4 chiropractic tables, with everyone waiting their turn. One chiropractor was there, and he was pretty busy. I wish they'd had more chiropractors on a busy Saturday. He took my history and explained what he was going to do. He performed a few generic chiropractic adjustments (hip crack, upper back crack, neck crack both ways). He also gave me a few table drops on my back. It was a good experience; the doctor was kind and competent. However, I am not signing up for a regular service.

With all of that, I often feel out of whack from old injuries and can be extremely uncomfortable after high-impact activities. Thankfully, I can usually get an appointment within a day. Before seeing Dr. Welch, I like to use the water massage bed to help loosen up my muscles. When I see him, I explain what activities I've been doing and point out the areas that are bothering me, and he knows exactly how to adjust me accordingly. He also gives me exercises to strengthen areas that will help prevent my body from going out of whack so easily. Dr. Welch is truly amazing. I always feel so much better after an adjustment, and I really appreciate the care and expertise he provides. After 10 years, I can honestly say I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. The ladies at the front desk are also friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

Recently, I was diagnosed with a herniation in my lower back and with a few treatments, doing my part to do my exercises and stretches on a daily basis, as prescribed by the chiropractor, and communicating my needs, so I can be treated correctly, my back is feeling great! I've only gone to see Dr. Caleb Mitchell and he is outstanding. He's very personable, takes time to listen to what's going on and it's very knowledgeable. Knowing about the structure of one's body can be very overwhelming, but Dr. Mitchell does a great job of putting things in perspective, uses visuals to help his patients understand what's going on, and is definitely an advocate for a healthy body. Usually, I've been to chiropractors who want to see you back and have you sign up for some type of plan, but his goal is definitely make sure you only come back when needed so he educates his clients in a really good way! The office staff is always friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this chiropractic office!!
