She is very straightforward and has a dry sense of humor so if you don't understand people with that type of personality then you're going to take it as her being rude... but she definitely is not! She was more than willing to help and we had a great time with many laughs. She had amazing recommendations for stirrups and breast collars as well. (You get to choose the stirrups you'd like put on) all in all I'm extremely happy and the pricing of the tack is completely reasonable especially for the value of the leather in these saddles.

The drying table is in the way of the ramp for dogs to get in and out of the tub.
