This location is a joke!! I ordered a product online for pick up. Not only did your email confirmation say you offered curbside but I even called the location to make sure they did because I was not dressed to get off, and the lady who answered the phone told me YES THEY DO CURBSIDE PICK UP!! I arrive to the store and call again to let them know I'm here and she tells me they do not have that option. I explained to her my situation and she still did not offer a solution. Terrible customer service! I will not be picking up my purchase and will order it from a different location just for that. Bunch of lazy employees at this location. read more

Amazing service! Maddie and Daniel were amazing with our fitting and super friendly. They welcomed us in right away and offered to help. Both my sons and myself were fitted and educated on how boots should properly fit and how to take care of them. Furthermore, they were super patient with us. Checking out was great too. Quick and smooth... (I believe it was the manager) . Thank you for all the help and we definitely will be coming back. Price is comparable to other stores and online pricing. So I would say value wise it's decent. read more

Excellent service every time I go in to shop! The selection never disappoints and it's the only place I buy jeans now. The ladies I've worked with are all incredible they really go out of their way to help. Miss Sparkle is just the sweetest and the mngr Kelley was very helpful and understanding when I made a size error. She exchanged me out for my correct size in no time. I'll be back for more soon! read more

came here looking to try on boots like one would but employee lady told my mom she was trying on too many boots and was misplacing them but we were literally putting them back in original spot so that didn't make sense. Very passive aggressive. read more

The racks are so packed it's hard to shop, I always help myself with boot purchases, either I'm ignored the entire time by employees or I'm overwhelmed with employees asking if I need anything like being in Sephora iykyk... also charged tax on a tax free weekend and corporate tells me I have to reach out to the location to get it fixed, no thanks read more

I used to be a toss up between Boot Barn and Cavender's, but Sparkle changed that today. She was so kind! She made sure we're set up with rewards and gave us free leather conditioner since we forgot to use rewards last time we bought boots. Sparkle is the best! We will be back! read more

I just left this place. I left after 30 minutes of NO ONE helping my husband in the hat section. The girl who clearly works in the hat area was behind the desk doing who knows ignored him for over ten minutes before running off somewhere but was able to help another man when he got the area and was more than happy to help him. This was about another ten minutes when this guy showed up and she magically appeared. My husband was clearly needing help and he's too nice to ask someone at the cash register but when I say SEVERAL employees walked by and didn't bother to ask if he needed help. I mean it. The girl in question that clearly worked that section was wearing a purple tank with a black lace overlay under the tank. It was honestly so rude and frustrating. I had to tell my husband to just leave since they clearly didn't want our money. He was wanting to get a hat for an upcoming event but not here. I also went to the women's sections and passed by two other girls just yapping away while I also waited a while for a dressing room. I had to interrupt another girl who was helping someone to get a dressing room. Which I felt bad doing but the other two girls were just standing around doing nothing. The worst service at this location. And I refuse to give my money to this store now. read more

Service is terrible!! No welcome in greetings, no help when we looked around for a worker. They must all hate their job, especially the manger , he was the far worst of them all. Save yourself the hassle and just go to CAVENDER'S. This Boot Barn is a joke! read more

Pulled up Boot Barn on Apple Maps and immediately saw poor rating on Yelp for this location. Must have been a bad day for them, because my experience with Sparkle was amazing!!! Horrible experience! I'm traveling to Texas for the first time. Walked in super excited to get me some boots for the first time. The employee ( young, blonde, early 20's) was very rude, dry, unprofessional, unpleasant and did not help. I asked a few questions and her answers were "no" , "yes" and "not sure". Did not help. I was left in the back without help for over 15 minutes - no one was around . When I walked to the front she whispered to the other two and walked away. I purchased $200.00 boots and was planning on buying a few shirts and pants. I did not want to make any further purchases. Horrible experience. I hope someone contacts me regarding this. HORRIBLE experience. read more

I've been into this location probably 6 times and never not once has an employee welcomed me in. They just stand there and watch me walk in and never ask if I need help. Almost impossible to get them to unlock the dressing rooms bc they aren't out on the floor a lot of the time. I returned an item recently and the employee was trying to get me to exchange or keep it. Everyone that works here is rude. read more

I enjoyed seeing all of the pretty clothing and shoes; however, the aisles were so cluttered! I had to get my husband to move racks just so I could stroll with my baby in tow. It was first thing when I walked into the store, the path was blocked by racks of clothes! And there was a line of customers waiting to checkout so I had nowhere to go and embarrassed because I had to just stand in the middle of the way. Parking is ample though and there are other good stores to walk to while visiting. read more

came in and was greeted casually, Audrey saw me in the back looking at boots and immediately made sure i was being taken care of! Lorelai took me through everything in the store haha I'm very particular but she was so patient and helpful. The place I bought these were very helpful when selling them. Bought them on a road trip - wore them once. But. Had these for one day. And noticed a hole in the jeans. These ppl need to learn customer service. A flat out, 'No we can't return' them is wrong. The manager came after I asked for her and I must have woken her from a nap. Same level of rudeness. I will never shop at this place and only hope I can influence others to stay away. Out of principle. Paying premium for something needs to include good customer service. read more

Boot Barn - Receipt and rip. - Shoe Stores Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

Place is a joke. Manager at this location needs customer service training or just needs to find a job not involving the public. I tried to return boots I purchased but they would not let me because they stated they were worn due to one little dent in the sole which was there when I purchased them. I've spend several thousands dollars a year at Boot Barn and will not ever shop there again. Too bad they didn't stop for 2 minutes to look at my account. Now I'm going to return the 2 other pairs of boots I got for Christmas that are still sitting in their boxes. That is ~$1,300 worth of returns coming back this weekend. I'll go to Tacovas and get better boats. read more

I came in to buy a new pair of boots as the soles of my black Justin's are wore out. My husband and I looked around for awhile and found some and were trying them on when Jared came along to help. The store was clean and well lit. The sales person and the cashier were nice and I found a pair of boots for less than $100. You can't beat that. I had more than one bad encounter with the store manager Harmony first encounter was an exchange i was told I could wait to be helped as she was doing inventory although minutes later she had dropped everything to help a Caucasian male located a merchandise in stock next encounter was to return a merchandise that was defective prior to the return I called Corp and the store to ensure I could do the return, harmony and I met again and the experience was no different this time she refused to return a Cody James item exclusive to boot barn she did not give me the alternative or advise me of the manufacture warranty rather she abuse her power of doing what she wants and choose not to give any assistance, I called her out her name and she called the cops. Sadly she portray to play victim thank God my son was there and told the police what actually happen cause Harmony was exaggerating her story thank God for cameras !!!!! The Boot Barn store in the Alliance Town Center has terrible customer service. The staff is unfriendly, not helpful at all and they could care less if you need help. this is consistent every time I go in Boot Barn. I have complained to the corporate office staff twice now with no changes. they don't like waiting on older people like me and it is obvious in the way I have been treated. they want the young studs not us old guys. I have spent plenty of cash in this store but I may have to drive across town now just to get good service. if it happens again I may file charges of discrimination in service by their staff! read more

Poor customer service. When the employees decided they were unable to find the product from a quick glance at the display, the employees walked away without informing the customer of the results. Run don't walk away from this place. It's hard to tell if the staff is all brain dead or just jerks. Zero customer service skills. Every single employee acts like you're inconveniencing them. I've been to this location three times. First time I went in looking for boots, told them what I wanted they didn't have it and tried to get me to buy a different heel, different toe and different color. Today tried to return a CC vest and you would have thought I shot their dog when I brought it in with the receipt and and asked for a different size. Acting put out by having to talk to people or work a little bit means you shouldn't be in retail sales - period. Unbelievably rude. I also looked them up overall and they're based out of California. If you're from Texas don't support this awful store. I'll drive an hour in another direction to never support these clowns again. I'll be giving all my business to Cavenders, Teskeys , Justin boot outlet or the Lucchese store. read more

Everytime we try to give you another opportunity to earn our business you have failed for the same reason. We walk into your store and no one greets us. We walk around looking at things and pass employees,no one speaks to us. We are standing with boots or shirts or belts in our hand ,looking for help . No one helps us. It is not that you do not have employees. They are all just "looking busy" busy avoiding work. Busy talking to each other. Even the managers. It is a theme in your store. We don't feel that it is just us ...there are all kinds of other customers not getting the basic customer service. In general you Alliance store is pathetic read more

I do not recommend this boot barn. Like the other reviews, I was not greeted when I walked in by the girl at the front also that man hanging stuff up didn't greet us either. The manager is very unprofessional. My husband and I went in to purchase some items. There were sale signs all over the store. Keep in mind this was around 130 pm. When we went to pay the manager would not honor the sale prices. She stated that the sale had ended the day before but she just hadn't got around to taking the sales signs down. I said that wasn't my problem and since the sales signs were still showing that she should honor the prices. She refused. I left my purchases there and walked out. The sale signs are still up. I will never go into that store again. The manager needs to be fired. She also treats her employees like crap. Very sad. read more

Customer service is awful. I had called to ask if they helped customers stretch boots that had recently been purchased. The employee rudely declined and said she didn't even know what I was asking. She made me feel dumb for even calling to ask. I had the call on speaker and after I hung up my husband even agreed she did not need to talk to me in that manner for asking a simple question. Decided to call Cavender's after the awkward phone call w/boot barn employee. Thankfully Cavender's customer service is great and assisted in helping stretch my new boots. I will only be shopping at Cavender's from this point forward because it is clear that Boot Barn does not care about customer service. They continue to receive 1 star reviews on customer service and they are not taking the necessary steps to resolve the issue. read more

Went into this boot barn and customer service is horrible. No one greets you as you come in, no one asks if you need any help while shopping. I was desperately looking for cowboy boots for my son to wear to a party for the first time. I knew it was not going to be cheap since I've seen some really expensive ones in a fair recently. A lady in another store had suggested I try Boot Barn which thankfully was close to home. It came out to be a blessing since there were other accessories that I realized I also needed to get to complete the outfit. The associates were friendly and helpful. In particular, Paige had offered some advice on how to find the perfect fit and how to put it on as well as how to take them off without ruining the boots. Of course I ended getting one for me too and my daughter loved it. It won't be my last trip there since they offer a wide variety of price points depending on quality. read more

I was at the Boot Barn February, of 2019. This is a great store, friendly help. I wish they were up here in Boston. I can't wait to go back.

So I stopped in despite reading the other reviews since I happened to be around the corner and am in the market for a nice set of boots. We came in and made our way to the back to look at some Luccheses, which we found several gorgeous pairs of. Nobody said a word to us the entire time. I grabbed a couple pairs to try on but I had on sandals and no socks so I began to look for someone to ask about a pair of socks to try the boots on. There was no one to be found. We made our way back to the front looking for someone the entire time but had no such luck. We walked past a couple associates by the register as we left. Im used to having employees inquire if I need assistance finding anything but not at this store. I'm surprised that they would show such indifference to customers coming in to spend over $600 on a pair of boots. read more

I am just not sure what to think of this retail store... high prices western wear .. great displays... but customer service is clueless and not very friendly.. Unfortunately the customer service is incapable of being helpful. We do not live nearby and we were charged for items we did not receive. The tone and blame the manager placed on us for not being aware of their mistake is beyond irritating. Empathy is a thing. Try it once in a while. Ashley was not willing to come up with any solution for us. Not even to mail/email a store credit for the additional cost. I feel like even that was a reasonable solution to not forcing us to drive all the way back. They could have taken the cost of the stamp out of our credit. Geez. read more

Associates are great! Always helpful when I am there. The layout of the store looks great as well! I will be back for sure.

You can't doubt that this place has a large selection of boots, but the customer service is practically non existent. I came in today to look at new boots. I looked and tried some on for over half an hour before ever seeing anyone who worked there. When I did find someone to ask for help, I got the classic "If you don't see it, we don't have it." I won't be back here. read more

I arrived at this store with the exact pair of boots I wanted. I found a sales person who was apparently too busy to actually help me. She pointed to an aisle and said "They might be over there."
