He agreed to order the one my husband wanted but somehow, even though he claimed to have ordered it twice, it never arrived. The salesman' s arrogant indifference bordered on ill-concealed contempt. He clearly resented my husband's rejection of the more expensive garment. When I spoke with the manager, he could not find an order for the jacket my husband had wanted. There are times when I am in Kohl's and end up finding too many things that I would like! There are also, unfortunately, times when things just don't seem to work right. But, even in those times, the Kohl's discounts and Kohl's Cash can be used online for a greater selection! The Customer Service at this location is the best that I have experienced at any Kohl's location. While at a Kohl's location in California I once waited over thirty minutes just to talk to a Customer Service representative, not so here! At this Duluth location I have always been met with a friendly smile and great service. They even now take returns of Amazon purchases! They will even handle the packing and shipping for you, for free! Plus, if you return an Amazon purchase at Kohl's, you receive a 25% discount coupon to use at Kohl's! The biggest advice for the Kohl's discounts, though, is to be aware that they may not be applicable to all items, specifically name brand clothing like Nike or Under Armour. Once again Emily was helping me and started recommend a whole bunch of awesome clothes for me to try on. She was very helpful and attentive. She has been a huge help to my selection when it comes to wardrobe. The store is always super clean and stocked with new things so going here never feels boring. (Jaw/shoulder length blonde hair) Kelsey made me REALLY uncomfortable and would not let me just shop, she hovered over me continuously was on top of me, she was condescending and rude when I asked questions about online orders. I did not feel welcome at all and I gave her many hints and signs that I was not looking for her help, I just wanted to shop and find something I know I would like. She would make up BS saying how she knows I'm interested in Levi's when I'm not... she would grab anything off the clothing rack near me and push it on me saying "you would like this" in a pushy aggressive tone, and some points her tone was aggressive and annoyed. Idk who she is but I have never been treated like this and I'm happy I canceled my credit card with the store shortly after this visit. I usually only go in there when I'm with my best friend on her days off but never again. I also don't like the fact how she made me uncomfortable in the dressing rooms. I felt like they watched me walk around and treated me different than other shoppers. It made me wanna walk around with my arms in the air. I needed a suit for a funeral and this store is 1.5 hours away and I was only going to be in town…read morefor 5 hours so I e-mailed and asked if they could hook me up with a suit and get all the alterations done in that amount of time. They replied via e-mail within hours and said "No problem" come on down. My other choice was going to be Men's Warehouse but after looking at the horrible reviews on their Duluth outlet I made up my mind to trust Mainstream Fashions for Men. What a great decision that was. I arrived at 10:00am and after just a couple questions he had pulled out a suit coat to try on and the second one fit perfect. Without asking my measurements he pulled out a pair of pants that fit perfectly and then did the same with a collared shirt. I was done in 15 minutes and as I was leaving the store he was already taking my suit to their alterations store across the street and he notified me by text when they were done. Wow, if only every store offered that kind of customer service. I can't recommend this place enough and I found the prices to be very reasonable. I am so glad we did! All of the items in the store are made my Minnesota artists. The designs were cute and contemporary, with tons of options for clothing, bags, hats, etc. Each price tag has a bite about the artist who designed the item which adds a cool personal touch to your purchase. Best part - it's REALLY well priced! They had sweatshirt options for $25 and sizes for all. Definitely worth stopping in to Flagship!
