Visiting Denver for the weekend, i didn't want to break my work out schedule so I looked up studios and Boost popped up. One of the locations was walking distance where we're staying which is perfect AND they also do 3 class package!! Also very reasonable pricing. The class was incredible. Love this contemporary pilates class. It was my first time here, so Peyton was really helpful in walking me through her class. It was definitely a little different from regular pilates, but it was a great introduction to other types of workout format. I felt my whole body during the whole time, but I felt reborn afterwards. It was very refreshing and I just felt amazing, especially when the class is early in the morning. Found Boost through ClassPass, but you can also sign up for a free class on their website or MindBody App so you don't waste your credits. Parking was easy, the building is flanked by two parking lots. If full, there are street parking. The studio was clean and bright, I liked that it was small intimate studio. They have other studios also, so check them out! read more

My friends and I found Boost through ClassPass and now we all try to go together at least once a week. Instructors are great and help you understand how to work the machine. Make sure you're there at least 5 minutes early! I honestly thought Pilates was an old lady thing because my mom used to go when I was a child. Note to self.. yepp. I'm the age I remember her at. But really, this class is for all ages and strengths. Truly a great full body workout. Looking forward to the opening of their new studio in the highlands! read more

Awesome first class. I've been to a few other reformer Pilates studios in Denver, and, as a beginner, I found them intimidating, competitive, and unenjoyable. I had the complete opposite experience at Boost! Kelsey's All Levels class was incredibly challenging (I could barely get out of bed the next morning) but such a comfortable and positive environment. She provided thorough instruction and form correction, as well as modifications when needed. Street parking tends to stress me out, and so the fact that Boost has a parking lot made my experience even better. I've never been the biggest fan of Pilates, but I think Boost Pilates may just change that! read more

If you haven't been to boost yet you have to try it. I love their classes but hate working out. I feel fantastic when I leave and I love every instructor. Trust me when I say, this was a game changer for me. I love this location too. It's quieter, has plenty of parking, and the space is cute. I get a great workout every single time based on how my body is feeling. Such a special spot! And if you go off hours it's a hell of a deal on class pass! But don't forget to sign up for classes through the website too when you first start because they have special pricing for new people too! read more

This was my first time take a real Pilates class and it was great!! The studio is so cute and the location is in RiNo, they even have parking right outside which is super nice especially being downtown. I started going to Boost a couple of months ago. Within the first month I noticed muscle definition and felt stronger, and now I am the strongest I've been in my life, or at least in a long time! It's great feeling tone and more confident in my clothes. And nothing compares to taking a class with Erin, she is the absolute best! Erin goes above and beyond to help you with form, which is a big deal to me! She also puts a ton of effort into making the class light-hearted at times, has the best playlists, and encourages you! Incredible time! Lauren was the instructor and she was very knowledgeable on the movements and had modifications for all levels. My friend and I were visibly struggling throughout class, yet there was little guidance beyond being told we were on the wrong side and even having resistance increased when we were already struggling. There were no check-ins during or after class. What disappointed me most was the studio's response. When we shared our concerns, we were essentially told that "policy is policy" and that no refund, credit, or accommodation could be offered. To make matters worse, we were told upon arrival that we needed to sign a waiver, but the front desk assured us it was fine to do so after class. Had we known how important that waiver would later become, we would have signed it before participating. To be fair, I've had great experiences taking climbing classes at Transform. Unfortunately, my Lagree experience was completely different and fell well below those expectations.

As someone who has previous pilates experience, it's so refreshing to come to a studio where the teachers actually value and teach good form, while making sure you get a good workout and follow social distancing (masks on, everything's disinfected, windows open, etc.). At the same time, there's a great balance for beginners to get comfortable with the movements and equipment, since classes are so small. I brought a friend to her first equipment class a few weeks ago and she had a great time, too. Over zoom, I've had a blast with Dana and Brian. I wasn't really a fan of mat pilates classes before, but they've both taught me new equipment-free exercises and exercises with resistance bands that have helped me stay strong at home.

The community is just so lovely, the teachers so welcoming and the pricing actually affordable. I went from post-pandemic lack of exercising to Pilates 3 times a week. All of the instructors have been incredible. Emily and Kim truly have the magic touch with these studios. I've been practicing for 5 months and have seen my body change in ways I've never seen by just going to the gym. My body is stronger, more flexible and overall having a bit of a glow-up haha. After losing 120 lbs this has been the best, low impact way to build muscle, have more energy and look and feel pretty amazing. If you have been debating giving this a try or are looking for a studio with kind, helpful and one-on-one attention, this is the place. The classes are small but this allows you to actually improve with the help of your teachers. There is no pretentiousness here, just an open, welcoming and kind community. Plus, it's fun!
