(I had exchanged a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 for a Samsung S22 Ultra.) I was pretty concerned that having such an old phone would make it hard to migrate to a new phone. But Gabriela suggested a Samsung program called "Smart Switch" which transferred most of the content of my old phone to my new phone (including most programs) with remarkable effectiveness: I was amazed this was possible given the "age difference" of the phones! Gabriela also searched for every conceivable discount I could get on the new phone and my AT&T wireless plan -- and again I was surprised: I had expected this upgrade to be more expensive (I received an $800 discount after turning in my old phone, which I factory-reset to ensure all my data was removed.) I went with the 36-month payment option for the phone, which results in only a modest increase in my monthly bill. I've been exploring the new phone over the last 48 hours, and I'm totally impressed -- it is just extremely well-designed: a significant improvement over my old phone (which served me so well over about 8 years, and for which I am thankful -- I will remember it with fondness!) Thank you, Gabriela, for your extensive knowledge, professionalism, and patience in helping me get up-and-running with my new phone -- definitely over-and-above what one might expect! (I had also worked with Britteney earlier, but as I was browsing the phones, another customer came in and she had to work with him. Britteney was also very helpful. (As the line of additional customers was forming, a distinguished older gentleman said to me, "I'm working with Britteney: she's just great!") ) All in all, a great experience at this store! :)

We are only here to sell you a phone or accessories." When I mentioned I had received tech-support very recently, he said "Because I'm the only one who enforces it." I asked if I could speak to another employee or the manager, he said she would be there tomorrow. He had zero concerns about anything that I needed. Terrible customer service. I do not recommend. T-Mobile is sounding better every day!

Extremely helpful…read more We showed up here after the other store refused to give us an updated sim card. Other store mention that a new sim card was not needed because it was not a 5G phone. Came here to the T-Mobile store #2878 and the reps here gladly gave us the new cards, not just for the two lines we had with us but also for two other lines that will also need to be updated. We did need to come back after a failed sim card within minutes and again they gave us another sim card no questions asked. Amy, Andrea and Jessica, please excuse me if i misspelled your names but your store here is very friendly and welcoming. Note: I was not paid or compensated in any way to leave this positive review. Before even confirming whether the phone I was interested in was in stock (it wasn't), my plan was already switched over and completed. On top of that, two extra lines were added to my account without my approval, increasing my bill for no valid reason. What should have been a simple visit took nearly two hours, and I then had to spend another hour on the phone with customer service just to have the unauthorized lines removed. This felt deceptive and completely avoidable. I would strongly advise being extra cautious when dealing with this location and reviewing all changes to your account before leaving the store. The employee who assisted me was Daniel M. (Danny), as listed on his name tag.

I do wish they would have mentioned that parts of my phone would be a different color from the original with the new parts, but I don't mind since it's in a case anyway. $200 was fairly pricey for a new phone screen, but Samsung doesn't make the replacement process easy (not just a screen but has added componentsas well); however I did appreciate the fast service so it was worth it.
