You could tell he genuinely enjoyed solving the puzzles in taking things apart and putting them back together better than he found them. He found pieces that needed repair beyond what we came in for and didn't even try to charge us for the 'surprises' he worked. Tremendous skill, diligence, and pride in his work. I've gone back about three times now each time getting a new replacement because of how bad it's functioning. The gentleman at the stand basically told me if my screen started acting up again that my phone is at fault and that I basically need to get a new one. But the issue is that even though I had a cracked screen before of all this my phone still functioned properly no issues. I'm sort of regretting paying for this service as it seems that I'll probably have to pay for another service to fix it properly and I probably won't get my money back. Update: Currently still have the same screen on my iPhone it glitches and skips touches at times but I have to live with it cause I'm not paying to repair my screen again with new iPhones coming soon. Today my screen randomly cracked... I haven't dropped it, I haven't done any physical damage to it. The new back shattered again a few days after that. They also do not return phone calls. Dishonest, poor materials, poor workmanship, poor customer service, no accountability. I visited this "Phone Repair Shop" kiosk Wheaton Mall on 8/27/23 and I had the battery in my iPhone…read more6 replaced and I purchased a cell phone case and a charging cable. I later found out that these items/services were grossly overpriced and that I was cheated by the man at this kiosk. I was chaged $60 to change the battery in my iPhone 6 (this was not even an Apple brand battery) when it should have cost $45 or less, I was charged $25 for a iPhone 6 case when this should have cost less then $5 and I was charged $30 (yes $30!) for a charging cord (that wasn't even an Apple brand cord) that should have cost less than $3. The man at the kiosk has manipulative selling tactics and he refused to give me a refund for the cable and case even after I pointed out how he charged me 10x the price for some of the items. Please do not visit this kiosk. I wish someone had warned me. This kiosk does not have their prices listed and this man charges people whatever he wants. Also, the service was below average. There are many other places, and honest places, that offer these services. Beware!

Friendly gentleman at the desk accommodated my request and he looked at it and assured me that it was just a protector that's broken. $15 for a 2 minute fix. That was great! I have recently been experiencing loss of internet service and have been in contact with Tech Support at T-Mobile. They recommended that I switch out my router and arranged that I could pick up a new router at the T-Mobile Store at 11160 Viers Mill Rd Wheaton MD (in the mall). I was helped by a nice guy. When the problem was not fully solved, and company sent me an extender, I went in again and this time was helped by STEVEN P. He was SO helpful and willing to assist me -- even though I am not Techie. The first thing he asked was "are you sure we offer internet in your area." While this sounded like a weird question -- since i have had phone and internet with T-Mobile for 2 years --- the answer was NO. The area has been flooded and no longer has enough band width. The Extender did help but I do still encounter loss of service on occasion. STEVEN P was so nice and really wanted to solve my problem. I thank you for employing some with his expertise. Cheryl b
