    OK, so I'm gonna start with the first encounter with T-Mobile I went to pay my PCS bill on March…read more7, 2026 approximately 9am and the representative stated not to pay my bill, and introduced me to the magenta migration plan for seniors where you can get 2 free phones and keep the same rate $60 a month just the activation and taxes on doing the port from metro to T-Mobile after speaking with the T-Mobile representative and giving her my credit card information taking payment she advised me that I needed to go to a T-Mobile store with my identification to complete the process, after getting off from work, I made it to the closest T-Mobile branch around 6:30 PM on March 8th, the representative advised me that the order was canceled. i asked why because they sent me over to finish the process he had no answers and told me to visit another T-Mobile store because he's just an authorized dealer of T-Mobile at that moment I went over to 9237 US Highway 19 T-Mobile only to get in there I spoke representative by the name of Michael, He then told me they didn't have a plan of that and was trying to give me a plan that was gonna make me pay $75.10 a month and I would've had to pay on the phones as well so I told him no I'm gonna check into it, I left there went back to MetroPCS, they tried to help me get this figured out with T-Mobile on the line. They could not do anything because they were closing and I needed to go back to T-Mobile so I went back to T-Mobile spoke with manager by the name of kaitLyn " she advised me that she'd look into it and I would need to come back because they're closing , I asked her what's gonna happen with my phone service because I can't afford for my phone to get turned off. Lord and behold, my phone got turned off at 7 PM that night on the 8th, I had no service until the next day i called metro and paid it. when I went to T-Mobile telling them what happened and I had to pay the bill over the phone in order to get my service turned back on, Manager Kaitlyn told me since I paid the bill she'd credit me that, but I need to wait until the ninth because they were getting ready to close and it was gonna take too long to do what they needed to do to get my phone service active and working on T-Mobile service. I called T-Mobile on the phone and did the port over the phone that night, the representative explained that I would have the same plan that I had at Metro and that I would be only paying $60 a month later on on the ninth. I received a text message saying my bill is due on March 28 for $159 and I was baffled. I also asked him my phone get cut off when he do the port and he told me no my phone got cut off after bill after I've paid them to do this transition I had to get up early before and go to T-Mobile to get this all straightened when I got there. Kaitlyn wasn't there. I was told that another manager would be assisting me I got there at 5:32 PM recorded everything , Michael acknowledge me when I got there and told me that he have the assistant manager me. She never came out to help me. They kept helping everybody else and nobody never came to assist me so I asked Michael when is the lady coming because I have to go he told me she was not gonna be able to come out that someone else was be able to come out and I will be next to be called to help me when the next person came out. It was I'm assuming manager. I don't know her title. She came out and she proceeded to ask the person that was on the tablet which was not my name so I said excuse me ma'am I'm next Michael said that I will be the next person, she then told me no she has to go by what's on the tablet so Michael came from the back and I told Michael what she and Michael stood next to her, looking at the tablet, talking and saying whatever they were saying to each other about the customers on the tablet and he advised her that I was next and she asked The customer was she there before me (ignoring her co worker) The customer only stated the time avoided answering she got there after me.I said to the customer "she asked you were you before me she didn't ask you what time you got here" so the customer turned her head and didn't say anything and Donna proceeded to help that customer so the customer told her husband that I disrespected her. Her husband approached me in a very aggressive threatening manner,I felt threatened at that moment ! Donna caused this situation by skipping me , causing myself and the aggressor to pass words. I then went to my car to get me some protection (mace) I do not own a gun! when I came back in there I sat down. I was distraught at that moment because a man approaching me and threatening physical harm against me. I finally got help @ 6:30pm, Donna and the aggressive gentleman got into a verbal altercation because she told him he's not allowed back in the store becauseshe didn't like how he disrespected me, he then snatched the bag from her, called her and the other manager BITCHES!

Mike assisted us very efficiently and was a pleasure to deal with! He was about as friendly & patient as humanly possible! I don't mind saying that he is a true treasure for this store. Everything went without a hitch. Very smooth transactions! Highly recommend this location and Mike as well!

    I went into this store just to charge my phone up a bit. I was stuck without a ride and my phone…read morewas dead. This guy working there was standing outside talking on his phone when I went in, which they not aloud to do, and all I did was unplug one of the display phones so I could plug mine in. The guy, whos name I didn't get cuz he had no name tag but im pretty sure he was a manager there, paused his phone call and came right in after me. he was aggressive right away when he asked what I was doing. Told him I was just charging my phone and he kicked me out because I didn't ask first. like excuse me for not wanted to interupt your phone call. a few minutes later I was walking by the store happened to see him inside and he came right out and accosted me. asking what my deal is when I did literaly nothing, called me a piece of shit and threatened to knock my teeth out when I did nothing. This is a store employee ladies and gentleman DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE

    The location at 52 and Little Road told me that I had to contact customer service's main number to…read morehave my phone activated. This was after explaining to them that I can't use my new phone I got from an insurance claim. When I rec'd the new phone, I put the old original sim card in and followed the instructions. Didn't work, and my (new)phone has been stuck in emergency calls only mode. Anyhow, I was told that if they do it it will cost me $25.00. So, after being told to go home and call myself to save money, I got more good news. Customer service at Metro's main number told me that I have to be able to receive text messages to activate my phone. Um, my phone doesn't work! I can't text OR call!!!!! I only have one line also. So, I have to go BACK to a Metro office to have it activated. I CANNOT DO IT MYSELF. Why didn't they realize this at the office when I was there? I think they just didn't want to do it.
