She was able to look for and then work out a replacement phone for me and carefully set it up. Thalia was not only efficient but a real pleasure to work with. happy I got Dish…read morenetwork for my house and direct tv for my rental house both from sky sat 20 . After calling Direct and Dish and getting the run around a friend told me about Sky sat 20. I learned that when you cal dish or direct a scripted salesperson will take your order then sub out the install to a very low payed installer . Dish and Direct have no one who gets a pay check from them , they use subs. Even if the installer has a truck that says dish or direct they do not work for them they are all subs. Sky Sats installers were great they were grown men with Experience and new their stuff. I fully indorse sky sat 20 I am happy and would recomend them to anyone If you want dish or direct don't call corporate call sky sat you will get a better experience.
