The power button worked, the battery was normal, and nothing was wrong with it except the screen. After they took it to the back, suddenly I was told my power button was broken and my battery was swollen. That is not the condition I walked in with. These problems appeared only after they handled my phone. They also gave me my cracked screen back in worse shape and did NOT return the tools or the new screen packaging that I brought in. That's shady and unprofessional. It makes it look like something went wrong while they were working on it and they didn't want to admit it. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to act like the damage was already there. It wasn't. I know my own device, and I know exactly how it was working before I handed it over. I've already filed a BBB complaint because the way I was treated at this location was unfair, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. Management needs to step up and address this situation.

UBREAKIFIX: A Nightmare Customer Service Experience…read more I've had a terrible experience with UBREAKIFIX. After my Samsung Fold 5's original screen protector bubbled, I took it to UBREAKIFIX. The first replacement lasted a week, the second a month. I returned to a different location for a fix, only to be told they couldn't help and I had to return to the original store. After months of waiting, I finally returned to the original store. The technician was unprofessional, took hours to fix the issue, and damaged my phone further. The final product had visible particulate matter and fingernail marks on the screen protector. My phone case was also missing. To add insult to injury, UBREAKIFIX corporate has been unresponsive to my complaints and has failed to offer any compensation. This entire ordeal has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I strongly advise against using UBREAKIFIX for any computer, phone, video game console,or any repair needs. Read other people's nightmare experiences if you don't believe it. For the second time in 2 years my service complaint on the hotspot was met with a hard NO, by management. That's not how to treat people. I've had 2 hotspots bought from At&T and they drop signal so much (in the Texas panhandle) I'll try to use them for about 2 months before I stick them in a drawer. I of course keep paying my contracted bill like a good little contract hostage. All because the managers refuse to make right the failure of service and experience At&T has provided me. Let it be understood last time I tried to seek recompense the manger gave me the same hard NO. I settled for trying to get a new device for another 2 year internment which means it's your network At&t.
