1 Star Very…read moredisappointing customer service from the moment we walked in. There were two employees working, a male and a female, and neither one greeted us. Both were on their phones. After standing there for a bit, I finally approached them myself to ask if they had any phones in stock. The response was simply that they didn't have any. I then asked if they could check whether another AT&T location had the phone available, and I was told they couldn't do that either. What really bothered me was the lack of willingness to help. The female representative especially came across as having an attitude and seemed completely uninterested in assisting me or even trying to find a solution. Customer service should be the bare minimum, especially when someone is coming into your store ready to purchase a phone. I left feeling like I was inconveniencing them by asking for help. Safe to say, I won't be coming back to this location. There are plenty of other AT&T locations where I can spend my money and hopefully receive better customer service.
