While exiting the parking lot of a small retail center, I came across this shop. I remembered I had…read morea cell phone that I could no longer charge because the charging port was worn out, so I decided to stop in. I spoke with one of the gentlemen working that day and explained my situation. He assured me it was something they could fix and that it would only take a day or so. A few days later, I finally remembered to bring the phone with me and dropped it off. Just two days later, the charging port had been replaced, and the phone worked as well as it did when it was new. The repair cost was about $58, which I thought was very reasonable. The team did a great job, and I really appreciate the quick turnaround. This isn't my main phone, but it's nice to have a reliable backup again.

I met a new associate and she was super nice and friendly. Her nice attitude made me let go of what previous happened. I'd be giving a three star rating because I honestly was not satisfied with the treatment I got from the manager. I'm pretty sure I'd stay away from the store.
