The prices are comparable to the free-standing phone repair chains, but for the common replacement repairs this place is faster. If he says come back in half an hour, your phone will be ready in 25 minutes. They've also got some really ugly sparkly phone covers if you're into that sort of thing. I don't want to know you if you do.

Worst experience ever!! Visited this store to trade in a Samsung phone and go back to Apple. Was…read moretold I could get a free watch and tablet. Walked out with an Apple Watch and a Samsung tablet (yes, you read that correctly, a Samsung tablet). Didn't make sense, but hey, it was free, so I didn't put up much of a fight. Spent the first 6 months, trying to get the trade in value applied to the new phone. Bill was over $800 a month, until I finally got it resolved. Then started the "free" watch and table issue. I have spent over a year, trying to get the promotion applied to my account, for the watch and tablet to be free. The Apple Watch promo was able to be found, but there is no promotion for a Samsung tablet and I will have to deal with that one. If Moises is the only one working, go somewhere else!!

The price was definitely less expensive than buying a new iPad. The screen replacement cost with iTC was much less than any other repair business I called. He did a great job with the repair, communicated with me throughout the whole process and followed up if there were any issues. The iPad is working great and I'm really glad I called iTC Repairs. I would 100% recommend iTC for any computer, cell phone or tablet repairs.

An Ipad fell onto a hard floor and the screen was badly smashed. iTC fixed it in just a few hours, for about half the price that Apple would have charged. It's as good as new now! It's rare to get fast, quality work at a reasonable price, but believe it or not, that's what they do here. I hope we never break anything else, but if we do, iTC will be our place to go!
