I last reviewed them 8 years ago. Let's see what's changed. Arriving- Directly on US Route 27 Southbound so it's simple to find. This is a freestanding location with its own smallish parking lot. There are two handicapped spots flanking the main entrance. Ambiance- This location is relatively new so it's big as you can see from my pictures. All the aisles were clear & clean, unlike some of the negative publicity out there. The shelves weren't as nicely organized as my grocery stores, but they weren't bad either. The App- If you have the app it will connect to the store via Bluetooth and let you scan items and add them to your cart which is very cool! See my picture. Products- You know the deal. This is not a full-fledged grocery store but a place for selected discounted items. After a couple of visits, you'll quickly learn when to stop by. If you plan correctly, you can save some bucks! Customer Service- My cashier had a very quiet personality, but he was efficient and gave me a nice smile and a thank you so no problems. Conclusion- My experience is decidedly better than all the negative media. I give this location and this visit four stars!

We definitely always hold conversations with the cashiers here. It's always pretty well stocked and cleaner than the others I visited. The prices are always reasonable and if you need to use the restroom you must ask for a key. If you need to get a quick snack they even have a dollar aisle to pick from and it's super organized. I know I will be visiting again soon!

Richard we purchased approximately $60 worth of products on this particular visit. When we went to check out our cashier person was very impersonal. No smile, no did you find everything, no thank you for shopping with us today, absolutely no recognition of our patronage to that particular store. I later found out that that particular individual was the shift manager. Name was Jonathan. Not sure I'll patronize that store anymore as I do have other options. Very disappointing.

Myself and my 87 old neighbor had a lot of damage from large trees and debris coming down during…read moreHurricane Ian in Port Charlotte, the neighbors son came down and we exchanged numbers to help with the neighbors insurance claim, her home lost its roof, pool cage, pool, and had structural damage from one of the two large oaks that fell, not to mention the tall pines that lined her back yard and ended up snapping in 150-155 mph sustained winds and rain on September 28th 2022. Needless to say all I could do at first was chop up the one large oak used as a battering ram against my home from her yard (about 200 years old judging by the rings on the inside) so we looked very bad from the highway behind us, debris was everywhere, roofs are tarped ( mine held but it is about to collapse if I try to whether even a category one storm ) so I hear chainsaws this morning and I was called by neighbors son yesterday bc he wanted me to know they were coming with heavy equipment to remove the rest of the one oak I was able to safely get enough off to clear a path through to neighbor post storm and the other debris from her property, I texted this company Camphore Tree service and right away the boss came over and knocked on my door, he gave me a honest quote and good enough price and removed my broken tree and stump and debris as well, the rest is county property I doubt the county will ever come and deal with it but that's another story. Here are some pictures of what they did and I am very thankful for them being able to add me on, on no notice and be good about their job and pricing, I highly recommend this company and if you need their services they are in town and they are fast and efficient I. Today there was one of these guys near a restaurant I was patronizing so I stopped in. I immediately regretted it! 1st Impressions- As soon as I opened the door my brain said "disorganized!" I immediately said to my self the I wasn't going to buy anything there. My 2nd impression was lack of cleanliness. It wasn't filthy by any means, but it wasn't clean either. I walked up and down one aisle and decided enough was enough. Customer Service- I was greeted very pleasantly and genuinely but that wasn't enough to save this place. Their pleasant employee earned them a reluctant two stars, but I'll stick with my DG's thank you very much!

As a bit of…read morebackground we have a lift system that is made in Orlando and D & D is the only authorized company to repair or replace. Apparently one of the tension springs inside the metal tube failed so the door would not go up. We called D&D but they were too busy. We called Integrity Garage Door services who came right out. They helped us get the door raised so we could back out the cars which was no mean feat as the remaining tension wire tried to keep it from being raised. Integrity told us they would have to change out the lift system as only D&D were authorized to do the tension system. Integrity indicated they would install external, heavier springs and could be out the next day. We were concerned about changing technology so we opted to wait for D&D. Big mistake!!!!!. They scheduled us for Friday morning between 8:00 and 10:00. My wife skipped her work out class only to get a call they were cancelling as a technician did not show up. We got pushed to today. 10 days with no garage access and cars baking in the south Florida sun. The technician walks in, looks around and says they no longer make the part to replace the failed wire and tried to blame the insulation on the door for the failure. We called D&D after instructing the tech to vacate our home. The front desk person tried to help but the manager would not get on the phone, but indicated she would send out an email about the parts availabilty and if eureka!! there actually was a part she would schedule another tech to come out, weigh the door and then, Maybe just maybe they would schedule the replacement. Fool me once... We called Integrity who will be here bright and early on Wednesday. Any company can have things that come up. Failure to not provide service and do so on a timely basis is a choice. One they chose not to provide.
