Enter Dr. Detail, and wow, what a difference. Booking was super easy, and they showed up exactly on time, literally 7:30 AM on the dot, just like they said. I even got updates so I knew exactly when to expect them. Even though I originally just needed the stucco removed, they went above and beyond and gave my whole car the full treatment, inside, outside, even under the hood. My engine was so clean you could eat off of it (not that I recommend it, but you could). My car's parked outside 24/7 and has some wear from sun and weather, but somehow Dr. Detail still managed to make it shine like new. I was seriously impressed. He was also super friendly, figured out a smart way to park on the street since we don't have a driveway, and was really considerate with the neighbors, he even made sure not to block trash cans. I don't think her rims have ever looked so good. The interior is spotless. I do a lot of hiking and kayaking, so you can imagine the amount of sand/dirt that was in the carpets. David got it all! And this was only their standard detailing. The cherry on top is that I didn't have to go anywhere, he came to me. He even spent 10 extra minutes making sure he got everything, instead of stopping at his proposed end time. It speaks to his excellent customer service. Where things started to slip was on the pickup side. I was told the car was ready, but still ended up waiting about 30-40 minutes before actually getting it. At checkout, I was also surprised to see a tip screen with suggested amounts that felt pretty high given the service. I ended up leaving a small tip, but the experience itself didn't really match that level of expectation. I also would have appreciated a quick walkthrough of the work that was done--especially at that price point--but it was more of a quick handoff of the keys. I came back for the 10-day follow-up and made a point to ask about timing ahead of time. I was told it would take about an hour. I arrived early, but after an hour the car hadn't been touched yet, and there wasn't any update unless I asked. That part was frustrating. So, they ended up rushing my 10-day follow-up inspection. Gave the car a quick rinse and handed me the keys. What was the point of driving down from Carlsbad??? Over 3 hours wasted. For comparison, I had a great experience at their Kearny Mesa location previously, so I know what they're capable of. This location is stretched thin, which seemed to impact communication and overall service. I was not the only customer in the lobby feeling this way. Given the type of clientele they're working with and the pricing, I was expecting a bit more consistency and attention to detail. Their follow-up consisted of more sales pitches of coupons for services I already had done. Would have been nice to have the discounts PRIOR to the work! I planned on using the wash program and mentioned to Jasmine my poor service experience. Think there was follow-up? Nada. So, thumbs "kind of" up for Ceramic Pro but thumbs down for this location. Overall, I think the company itself does good work, and have used the Kearny Mesa location in the past several times with excellent success!! I would not choose this location again.

Webb's RV referred me to Dan, WOW!!! is all I can say, they completely washed and waxed and detailed our 2002 Monaco and it has never looked this good! Like Brand New! every detail was done, slides out and cleaned, awnings out and cleaned, every bit of hardware polished, Alcoa's polished...it has never been this clean and it had been over a year since it had been done and with the recent fire in Lyon's Valley the ash and dirt all over the top of it were a challenge. Not happy with this service. Had them come and do the outside of my motorhome and when they were there I had to point out spots they missed. After they thought they were done I had to finish all the spots they missed and wasn't happy about the service, but it seemed easier than pointing out more stuff for them to do seeing as they were in experiencing what they were doing avoid at all costs and go somewhere else to get your mobile detailing done read more

So, here I am on vacation. I had several hours to watch from above as these guys detailed an RV. There was no way they knew I was watching, but as a business owner in a similar field in AZ, I wanted to see how they would perform. Outstanding is all I can say! I am a little late posting this review but I need to let anyone know how well I was treated by these guys, they were here when they said they would be and they stayed all day to finish detailing my 5th wheel. Highly recommend trying other mobile detailing services. I've had my mobile home detailed numerous times by multiple different companies. If you're looking to save money I would just wash your vehicle yourself as this can get pretty pricey. read more

These days, when it's unfortunately so common to be left waiting or even ghosted by service providers, that level of communication is incredibly appreciated. And his work was just as impressive. Brandon detailed our van and left it absolutely spotless.
