When Dr. Finally came in with lab results she had no answers. Wanted to do numerous expensive tests for cause of stroke. She never touched our dog or examined her. No treatment was offered except IV fluids for possible dehydration. No treatment was offered to prevent further damage or another stroke. We felt unimportant and ignored. We paid for a blood test and an exam which was not done. I feel like we should be reimbursed for the exam. We have 4 pets and have been coming there for almost 10yrs, we will not be returning.

The one-lane gravel road to get there was already a bit intimidating, but we were there during a big rainstorm that was causing flooding, and the drive to pick up our dog was pretty scary. Being Sunday, they were closed but their on-call doctor was very prompt and courteous and agreed to meet us there. We called when we were 15 minutes away and Dr Gage Dixon was there to greet us when we arrived. He examined Roman immediately, assessed the situation, and prescribed antibiotics and a steroid. He was very quick and professional. We are fairly new to the area and now we have found our preferred veterinarian.
